- If you are having problems with audio/sound on one channel and with the HD counterpart channel on televisions using Verizon...
- For me, I had to go to Menu > Settings > System > Accessibility > DVS > Turn OFF Descriptive Video Service.
- Mainly posting this because I figured this out randomly when I couldn't find the answers on the internet. (All I found were things like disconnecting/reconnecting box, and setting language stuff... etc. which didn't help.)
