Q: How long will this take?
A: No idea, maybe around 3-4 hours.

Q: Aren't all the solutions just memorized?
A: I haven't even done that.

Q: What is there to route?
A: There are two checkpoints throughout the run that require additional puzzles, either found in the wild or collected with the cat. This is my plan for those:
