	- Allow myself to do any quest that requires me to wear non-blue items
	- If the majority of an item is blue, it is okay to wear.
	- Allow access to non-blue tools, but can't wear them.
	- Teleportation jewelry/items are okay to use as long as I do not wear or gain any benefit (besides teleportation) from them
