Manual Mario Kart 7 update

In order to download the Mario Kart 7 v1.2 update from the eshop (which still works for downloading updates), the region of your game must match the region of your console. If the regions do not match, the eshop will fail to download the update, or will download the update matching your console region instead of the game region.

To fix this issue, use a copy of Mario Kart 7 that matches the region of your console.
