I [M24]need to generate and hide several hundred dollars from my wife [F27] [serious]

She can’t know this money exists. It has to be secret. I’ve never been able to keep a secret before (usually due to continuity goofs and lack of deceptive experience)

I’m a professional student who brings in very little from internships. She works full time. We both are essentially 8-6 workers. She’s earning decently and I’m earning much less.

and she wants and deserves a trampoline

Shes talked about it for years at this point, and I can’t take her to a trampoline park anymore (covid). She’s always assumed we’ll “maybe” get it when I get out of school, but that’s in a few years.

So I think this should happen. NOW.

It needs to happen. She wants a trampoline, like most folks want a car or luxury bag/jewelry/thing. And I’ve pulled off bigger events before. If I can stupidly go solo spelunking and survive this in execution-should be a cake walk.

But I’m stumped. And kinda not super bright.

Im not a sharp idea generator, that’s usually her thing.

I’m like the hulk. Lots of ability. Must be directed. Misses the details.

#and it must be totally as a surprise; fireworks-wow-Wut moment

I want it to just appear in the yard. She deserves that. I don’t want her to know where the money came from or pull from our accounts. Or worry.

So. How do I proceed? And surprise the deserving love of my life with her own trampoline?

How do I personally earn/obtain it without touching our accounts?

This is kinda a big deal. The timeline is ASAP. and I’m tabbing this serious.

Right. Um. Relationship is 5-6 years depending on who you ask.

TLDR; wife deserves trampoline. Wife loves trampolines. Thick headed husband needs to get a trampoline in dark of night to surprise her. Knows it’s a great idea. Needs execution help and advice on how to be secretive

currently planning to collect a lump some from several of your suggestions. either buying the sams club trampoline or letting her pick. and anticipate it taking some time. maybe a few weeks maybe a month.
