GTA:VC "pre-bastant" strats race

So let's start off with some explaining of what "pre-Bastant" refers to. Before August 2014, GTA: Vice City any% was much, much different. We used to do 7 different assets to unlock Cap the Collector, rather than just duplicating a single asset 5 times, and doing the other 2 required ones to achieve this. After duping was discovered, most of the luck-dependent parts of the run were simply skipped, and led to a lot of joy, even if there was a minority of people who did not like the skips. Some dealt with it, but Aces__High (who held the WR for a few months) simply quit #gta. This race serves as an anniversary race of the discovery of duping, and the person who discovered that replays were so broken was Bastant2, so the name refers to him.

Anyway, Pre-Bastant means we do Sunshine Autos, Cherry Poppers, Kaufman Cabs missions, Boatyard, and Pole Position, alongside the Printworks and Vercetti Estate. We also didn't really use replays back then (except to reload weapons, and to manipulate car spawns for Sunshine Autos [SSA]), so this means no clothes replays, and no teleporting stuff. Have fun watching me struggle to get cars for Sunshine Autos and not get sub 1:40 :v)
