100% Glitchless Route

100% Glitchless no S+Q made by Makai on March 11, 2014 (HST's route + SlapTheCat's route improved. Water Temple in adult 1 is probably still faster)

Route changes:
Child1:
The HP in the tomb that you would normally get after getting sun's song is now obtained after completing shadow temple instead. This saves a little time on not having to exit the tomb, but also one less heart on Dark link.
The GS on the construction that you would normally get in child 2 is obtained after getting the Dampe HP. This makes it possible to still get the house rewards as adult even though DC is no longer done after odd mushroom.
Zora's domain in child 1 has now less movement by catching the fish with the bottle you would otherwise have bugs in. This results in some more equips but overall saves approximately 10 seconds.

Adult 1:
The roof guy HP that you would normally get after getting Song of storms is now obtained after getting Nocturne of Shadow. This makes Dark Link have one less heart.
You now don't get the GS in Kokiri forest or Epona after beating Forest temple, but you just warp to Lake Hylia right away.
After getting the Odd mushroom you go out to hyrule field and get Epona and the Poe behind the wall + Poe near Kakariko. Dodongo's cavern that was done at this point is now done after getting the BGS instead.

Child 2:
Lost woods 1 (The trip to lost woods when having skull mask) has a slight route change.
The GS in the groto near Gerudo valley that you would get after selling the bunny hood is now done in adult 2 on your way to gerudo valley instead. This saves time because of fire arrows + longshot.

Adult 2:
Shadow temple is done in the beginning of adult 2. Bongo bongo becomes harder and a little slower, but you now have hover boots so that you can hover behind the waterfall when going to Zora's Domain for Eyeball frog.
The GS in Kokiri Forest that you would normally get after beating forest temple is now obtained after getting the GS in the mini SFM.
The two poes in the Forest that you got after getting Epona is now obtained after getting the poacher's saw.
You now only get three poes after LACS. (River, Lon Lon Ranch and Hyrule castle Poe)


Update 3: (March 30, 2015)
Changed the route after Goron city in child 2. You now do Zora's river after lost woods 1 and deku tree after lost woods 2. This saves two sun's songs but loses some time on movement. So it saves approximately 10 seconds I would say.
I have also put DMC + Spirit temple after bottom of the well, but putting DMC + Spirit temple just after Zora's river works too, but there's a risk that it turns night if you spend too much time in Zora's river / Desert Colossus. You want it to be day to be able to get the spooky mask.

Changed the route after getting the GS in the pot room in Shadow temple. You now play Minuet and do the rest of Shadow temple after getting all the GS's in Dodongo's cavern. This has two benefits. One is that you now have BGS for the Bongo Bongo fight which will make it easier to one cycle him. The second is that you don't have to play an extra sun's song for the GS in SfM.

Changed the route in Forest temple a little. You now get the GS on the island after beating Amy (The third poe). This saves 3 seconds or so.
I corrected some errors in the pastebin.

Update 4: (March 2, 2016)

Going to lon lon ranch after getting soil GS in lake hylia is faster than riding the owl. It's only faster because you don't have to play sun's song to make it day this way. Since it's always day after Zelda escaping cutscene (not between 7:30 and 8:00 pm for some reason).

Big Octo skip is now allowed, so after boomerang you'll get the two GS in the room where you pickup ruto. Then climb up the vines and then do the big octo skip.
Save warping is now allowed, and it's useful for two places in this run.
One is after the treasure game chest. This saves about 20 seconds I think. So after bombchu minigame, you'll get the richardz HP, then enter treasure chest minigame and save warp after getting the HP. Then exit link's house and get the GS behind know it all bros house. Then you enter lost woods and get the deku nut upgrade with mask of truth, exit lost woods and get the soil GS near the shop and then finally you do deku tree.
The other save warp is done after getting the ice arrows in gerudo training ground. This saves about 10 seconds.

Update 5: (March 17, 2017)
It's faster to get the GS on Skulltula House and in the tree right after getting the contruction GS instead of getting them after getting magic. (Found by Smaugy)
This way you don't have to play sun's song after getting the DMC HP.

The route is changed after getting bolero of fire. Instead of voiding out you'll now play Sun's song to make it night. This is because you'll get the GS in Ice cavern now instead of later.
After Bolero of fire, you'll now head to Ice cavern instead of getting Minuet.
Then after getting Iron boots, you'll void out to spawn at the beginning of Ice cavern.
Get the Heart piece on the bottom of the lake, enter Zora's domain, Melt King zora (This is what saves time) and then get the GS on the waterfall, enter lost woods, mido skip, get Minuet and then enter Forest temple.
The reason why melting King Zora saves so much time is that you'll have an extra bottle for Poe Hunting. By having that extra bottle it's possible to collect poes that are nearby without having to do extra movement.
So for the poes, you'll get the Poe near the silver rock right after stealing Epona, and then get the other two as normal.
After collecting the two poes in the forest, you'll then get the Poe near Lon Lon ranch. After showing the poes to the poe collector, you'll then get only the Poe in front of Hyrule castle and then show the poe collector.
Lastly, you'll get the Poe by the river and then the two Poes near Gerudo Valley as normal.
This will save about 15 seconds in total (mostly thanks to skipping playing an extra Epona's song).

Another route change is in the beginning of Child 2. Rta64 showed me that you don't need Deku sticks in Botw to beat it fast, so that you can do Bottom of the well before getting the Deku stick upgrade.
Which is why Bottom of the well now is done on your first visit to Kakariko in child 2.
What you'll do is to play Song of storms in Windmill and then show the guard Keaton mask, then you'll get the GS on the ladder and then climb up to the top, sidehop left to the roof and get the roof guy HP, and finally enter Bottom of the well.
This will save about 5 seconds, because you don't have to enter Kakariko village another time, so that once you have shown the spooky mask to the kid, you can warp away.

The third time save is a rearrangement of stuff done in Child 2, like getting Din's fire and SoS GS after getting the spooky mask instead of skull mask. This will save one sun's song when you want to trade the bunny hood.
