Climb up to the top
Enter Ganon's Loadzone
Defeat Ganon

Notes:
- An even faster route would be to do Greatfish -> Deposit Din's Pearl -> Island Hop to Windfall. This route saves 30sec.
- If you are not doing Door Clip, you can't get the bow early in TotG since you can't defeat the Darknut while swordless.
