1. Open Registry editor in privilege account
2. Open HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, identify key "XPT_CE.Interop"
3. There may be more than one keys with "XPT_CE.Interop", delete those keys
4. Import mmx.reset.expired.reg
5. Delete "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ModelMaker\MideX\9.0"
6. Run DelphiDistiler
7. Reinstall ModelMaker code explorer
8. Start Delphi XE again and ModelMaker code explorer should work as usual.
