- Sure, we don’t have World Wars anymore. The question is, why? Was it because we were afraid nuking the whole world? Was it because the UN was powerful enough to prevent them? Was there a 3rd motive to war prevention that the government was hiding from us? Or did we once just simply yearned for world peace? But with all the conflicts in the world as of this today, can we really say we’re at peace? The answer is found in globalization.
