- A long time ago, while the world still glowed with the power of the god's creation, a mistake was made.
- It is not known who was at fault, but one of the gods took all the world's venoms and sins and collected them into a jar. In this jar they stewed, until the same god who created the jar dropped it.
- From the puddle of filth a powerful being rose. Large and hulking, the ponderous being worked it's horrible inborn magics to poison the god, and took off into the raw world.
- The beast, known by the gods as Nimhe, wandered the lush world, acting like a child in a playground. It twisted animals and plants with vile toxins, creating all manner of monsters. Sometimes, it would have the fancy topoison the world itself, killing everything around him.
- It was not until a troupe of righteous angels had tracked him down and battled him would it be stopped, and he was brought forth in front of the gods. A debate raged long on what to do with the abomination. Some gods thought that it should be killed so it's influence could no longer spread, while some beleived that it would be unjust to kill a creature who had not the chance to learn goodness.
- Eventually, an agreement was formed. Nimhe would be allowed to join the pantheon to rule and govern the scars he put on the mortal world, and to rule over his monsters and chemicals. In return, he would provide the fledgling mortals with the arts of medicines and alchemy, teaching them to manipulate some of the vile substances he created.

- creations of Nimhe:
- Siln, Sval, and Trex
- The Razor, the Blood, and the Gasping Breath, also known as the Triplets of Murder.
- It is not exactly known where these dastardly beings originate, but it is most commonly thought that they were the offspring of Nimhe and a deranged mortal witch. This seems likely, as Nimhe is one of the few beings to tolerate the demons in his realm, and even then sparingly.
- Each appear around the size of a mortal man, but somehow changed into something horrifying.
- Siln is a gaunt, quick being wrapped in a single black cloth, concealing his visage but still allowing him to move. he carries a razor, of which it has supernatural sharpness; so much so that it is said that even the smallest cut takes months to fully heal.
- Sval is a female figure with the skeletal head of a cat, with her entire body constantly caked and dripping with blood. It is said that she has incedible strenght, enough to rip apart a mortal in secionds, but is also incredibly dim, and can be tricked into nearly anything with enough effort.
- Trex is a strange, fishlike being. constantly wet with salty tears and clad in grey-blue scales. his head is that of a trout twisted to be more like that of a man, with round bulgin eyes and a toothless mouth. It is said that his breath can cause any number of afflictions, from drowning to diseas, but his favorite method is to steal the breath of another then watch as they suffocate.
- The Triplets are the patrons of murderers, and only the deranged or assassins worship them.

- al-Elat, also known as The Tempter, is the god of depravity, impulse and acceptance. His cult was formed by the child-prophet Arash, twenty-second murderer, first of the race of Men to cast down his own father and first of his people to kill for pleasure. He is most commonly worshiped by criminals from all walks of life, shameless hedonists, and those whose ideals clash with the mores of their society. Despite this, al-Elat does not regard himself as a malevolent god; he believes that all happiness - all true happiness - must come at another's expense, thus seeking happiness in itself is depraved and all intelligent life, for whom the pursuit of happiness is so fundamental, should be considered his followers. Though the rest of the Saladian pantheon does not appear to subscribe to his logic, and as a minor deity he has very little room to enforce this claim.
- While al-Elat does not always condone the actions of his followers (and he has a deep-running hatred for self-righteousness and hypocrisy), nor will he ever turn them away. All who sincerely pursue happiness are equal under al-Elat, welcome to beseech him for aid.
- His symbol is the magpie and wine is usually present at his ceremonies. His association with criminality and other 'undesirable' activities means al-Elat is often worshiped as an act of rebellion in more oppressive states.

- Thousands of years ago, the Triplets each sought to find a lover to please themselves with, for they were envious of those gods who had those to love.
- Long and far they searched the land for maiden to soothe their hearts. They traveled the land, until they found a beautiful maiden known as Gertrude. They each decided to see who could woo her first, and set off.
- Siln stalked her through the city, finding out that she was already in love. In the dark of the night, he sliced her lover's head of presented it to her. "He was too weak to defend himself for you", he said. In fear and rage Gertrude fled the city and settled in another.
- Sval watched her from afar in this new city, and saw that she had befriended a bear in the forest. Enraged that she chose a mear beast over her, she tore it to shreds in maddened fury. "I am far superior to that mangy rat, why not love me instead?' She asked. Frightened and miserable, once again she fled.
- Trex slinked behind her in this new city. He saw her surrounded by friends of great value, laughing and talking. In the night, he swept his vile breath all over the city, killing everyone but Gertrude. "Now you have no one else but me", he said.
- Full of pain, misery, and fear, Gertrude broke down, and refused them all. In her weeping, Siln became furious, charging at her and slicing her head off in one swipe of his razor.
- Nimhe, who viewd the spectacle from his poisoned realm, took pity on the girl. Using his corruptive magic, he brough both her body and head back to life as a horrible zombie-like creature. They say she still wanders the ruins of the city Trex slaughtered, and that she can only return to true life if she falls in love with someone, and if they fall in love with her.
