  70. "Server Rules"

  73. 1. No Random Death Matching (RDMing)
  74. 1.1 When a player kills another player with no incentive in a game of Role Play.
  75. 2. No Racism, Sexism, or anything bad that ends with a "ism".
  76. 3. Do not disconnect on purpose to avoid arrest or jail.
  77. 4. Terrorism is not allowed and is generallized as RDMing.
  78. 5. Role play at all times while in the server.
  79. 6. No spaming the chat box in game.
  80. 7. Admins have final say, do not lie to an admin.
  81. 8. Crashing your plane/helicopter into a person(s) is concidered terrorism.
  82. 9. Getting in/out of vehicles while restrained is exploiting, exploiting is not allowed.
  83. 10. Hacks or glitching of any kind are not allowed.
  84. 11. New Life Rule is to be followed by all players, no exceptions.
  85. 11.1 If under the effects of NLR, you may not return to the general location of your death or involve yourself in any role-play scenarios or
  86. events related to your death in any way, including observation, until 10 minutes have passed or roleplay has been completely resolved.
  87. 11.2 New Life Rule applies if any of the following are TRUE:
  88. 11.2.1 You have completely died in-game and have respawned.
  89. 11.2.2 You have been revived by a medic outside of an active role-play.
  90. 11.3 New Life Rule does NOT apply if any of the following are TRUE.
  91. 11.3.1 A downed Civilian/Police Officer has been transported by a Civilian/Police Officer to a hospital and has paid a Doctor to revive and heal the player in question back to a functioning state.
  92. 11.3.2 Your player group have defeated the entire opposing force in a role-play situation and have been healed by a Medic. The opposing player group, once healed, is liable to prosecution. The winning group may also continue the specific role-play situation as it were, provided it is the same situation.
  93. 12. Emergency Services Personnel may not be killed or robbed by anyone at any time.

  99. "Forum Rules"

  102. 1. Being racist, sexist, or anything of the nature will result in possible ban.
  103. 2. You will use your in-game role play name as your forum display name if you wishes to place an application to become apart of the community.
  104. 3. You will respect all administrators, as the admin's have the final say.
  105. 4. You will respect all RP Project staff members.
  106. 5. Thou shall not commit in any illegal activities on these forums.
  107. 6. Only one forum account per person, anyone caught having more than one account will be permanently banned.
  108. 7. Absolutely no discussions on religion are permitted. Period.

  113. Section 4.
  114. "Teamspeak 3 Rules"

  117. 1. You will have Taskforce radio on at all times while playing in PR Project servers, caught not using Taskforce radio will result in 1 warning, followed by permanent ban.
  118. 2. Absolutely no microphone spamming.
  119. 3. As a member of PR Project community, you are required to use your roleplay name while using any of our assets. Failure to do so will result in warning, followed by permanent ban.
  120. 3. All gang & business channels created will be deleted without notice if gone vacant for more than 5 days. If deleted, you will be required to submit a request for a new channel all over again VIA the forums.
  121. 4. If you use voice activation, you MUST have it set to a sensitivity where your keyboard or ambient noise does not set it off.

  125. Staff Members have a zero tolerance with anyone breaking server rules, if you break any rule you are liable to be banned.
  126. If any server rule is unclear to you, you are expected to ask a staff member for clarification of said rule. By entering a FreshAge Interactive server, you are presumed to have read and understood the rules of our servers and there will be no pity when you are caught breaking a server rule.

  130. State Constitution
  131. Article One
  132. The government shall be separated into two (2) branches, and forever will be known as such; Executive Branch and Judicial Branch. The powers shall be split between the two branches in order to create a checks and balance of the government.

  136. Official positions shall from this day be known as; Governor and Lt. Governor
  137.  
  138. Persons in official positions shall be elected by their peers

  140. Lt. Governor shall be chosen by the Governor prior to beginning a campaign for office.

  142. Campaigning for Governor shall last for two (2) weeks, followed by three (3) days of actual elections.

  144. A term of service for an elected position shall last for one (1) months.

  146. The Governor shall not do two (2) connective terms.

  148. The Governor can run again for office as many times as the individual wishes, as long as it's not back to back.

  150. Each member of the community shall have one (1) vote for an administration of choice. Elections will be held on the forums, via a poll.

  152. The Governor and Lt.Governor must swear in the oath of office prior to assuming their responsibilities.

  154. Elected officials may choose how they wishes to run their administration.

  156. The Governors office is the voice of the people, his office may submit bills to the judicial branch to amend and/or bring new laws into effect.

  158. The Governors office may not change community rules, only laws in the community.

  160. If any individual in the elected office is caught undergoing illegal corrupt actives, the police department holds the power to detain and arrest said individual.

  162. Only if the governor is detained, arrest and convicted by a court of his peers will there be a recall election.

  164. The Lt.Governor shall assume the duties of the Governor until the results of the recall election are final

  166. The Lt.Governor may run for Governor in the case of a recall election.

  168. If the Lt.Governor is detained, arrested and convicted by a court of their peers, he/she shall be removed from office.

  170. The Governor may swear in a Lt.Governor for the remainder of his/her term of service.

  173. Judicial Branch

  193. The District Attorney is elected to oversee the Judicial System in all aspects.

  195. The Justices of the Peace are elected to sit and pass judgment through the courts at twice twice a week.

  197. All cases are to be allowed one appeal hearing and to have judgement pass down by the supreme justice.

  199. If at any time, any elected official of the Judicial Branch is detained, arrested, and convicted in a court of his peers; he/she shall be removed from office

  201. If at any time, any elected official of the Judicial Branch, the Executive Branch shall elect a member of the community to sit in on the elected position for the remainder of the term of service.

  203. Any member of any elected office who is removed from his/her position, shall be therefore barred from any elected position for 3 terms of service.

  206. Article Two
  207. All citizens will have the right to freedom of speech, so long as it is non-threatening and free of slander.
  208.  
  209. All citizens will be guaranteed the right of religion. No law or person shall infringe on this right as long as the practice of religion does not endanger the safety of the public or infringe on any rights of any civilian.
  210.  
  211. All citizens have the right to bear arms, so long as they are compliant with all current laws regarding firearms.
  212.  
  213. Citizens shall be free from unwarranted traffic stops, detainment, arrest and or search. Police officers have the right to detain a citizen so long as they have reasonable suspicion that a crime has been committed. No citizen will be left detained without cause nor shall be left detained outside of a holding cell. Citizens shall not be detained longer than 60 minutes.

  215. Police officers only need probable cause to issue any ticket or prison sentence. Citizens are guaranteed the right to an appeal to the court systems for any ticket issued or any time served. If a citizen is found innocent from said ticket or prison sentence, they shall receive a settlement from the state in the amount of the ticket plus 25% of the ticket in interest. They shall receive an amount not to exceed $65,000 from the state for time served in prison if found innocent. The right of determining the settlement is left to the judge handling the case. Citizens have the right to remain silent, no person shall be forced to incriminate themselves. No person shall be held as a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life or shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

In all appeal cases or lawsuit cases, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial judges of the state and to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

  220. Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

  227. Section 1 - Traffic Laws

  230. 1.1 - Within the limits of any town the speed limit is set to 60 Kph, outside of the limits of any town the speed limit is set to 90 Kph.

  232. 1.2 - Off roading is illegal within 2 Km of any town.
  233.  
  234. 1.3 - Driving under the influence of any mind altering substance is strictly prohibited.

  236. 1.4 - Any form of reckless driving is prohibited.

  238. 1.5 - A valid licence must be kept on your person at all times while driving any vehicle.

  240. 1.6 - Drivers must maintain a lane on the RIGHT side of the road at all times.

  242. 1.7 - Drivers must stop at each intersection of a city or large town.

  244. 1.8 - Passing other vehicles is only permitted outside of cities or large towns.

  246. 1.9 - Drivers must not park their vehicle on an active roadway at anytime, unless it is an emergency.

  248. 1.10 - All vehicles must yield to all emergency service and police vehicles with lights or sirens on.

  303. Section 4 - Drug Laws

  315. Section 5 - Aviation Laws

  318. 5.1 - Flying under 100 M over any town is prohibited.

  320. 5.2 - Landing anywhere other than a designated landing zone while in a town is prohibited.

  322. 5.3 - A valid pilots licence is required to operate any aviation vehicle.

  324. 5.4 - All firearms will be holsters while in a plane or helicopter.

  362. 8.4 - Hunting is only authorized with a 5.56 caliber weapon or small caliber weapon.

  364. 8.5 - It is illegal to take or hunt wildlife:

  368. 8.5.2 - With the aid of a vehicle's lights.
