  5. Policy Brief & Purpose
  6. Creators.TF Staff Policy outlines our expectations regarding staff members behavior towards their colleagues, supervisors overall organization, and audience.
  7. We promote freedom of expression and open communication, but we expect all staff members to follow our code of conduct. They should avoid offending, participating in serious disputes and disrupting our work environment. We also expect them to foster a well-organized, respectful and collaborative environment. This is a professional organization, we expect the staff to behave as they would in a career.

  9. Scope
  10. This policy applies to all staff members, regardless of their position in organizational hierarchy.
  11. What are the components of the Policy?
  12. Staff members are obliged to be bound to this Policy while performing their duties. We outline the components of our Policy below:
  13. Compliance with Law
  14. All staff members must protect Creators.TF legality. They should comply with all environmental, safety and fair dealing laws. We expect Staff members to be ethical and responsible when dealing with Creators.TF services, products, partnerships and public image.

  16. Respect in the workplace
  17. All staff members should respect their colleagues & audience. We wonít allow any kind of discriminatory behavior, harassment or victimization. Staff members should conform with the equal opportunity policy in all aspects of their work, from recruitment and performance evaluation to interpersonal relations.
  18. Protection of Creators.TF Property
  19. All staff members should treat our companyís property, whether material or intangible, with respect and care.

  21. Staff Members:
  22. Shouldnít misuse company equipment or use it frivolously.
  23. Should respect all kinds of incorporeal property. This includes trademarks, copyright and other property (information, reports etc.) Staff Members should use them only to complete their work.
  24. Staff members should protect company facilities and other material property (e.g. servers) from damage and vandalism, whenever possible.
  25. By creating content for the Creators.TF Project you are providing a lifetime, irrevocable license to us to use this content for the needs of the project.
  26. Personal Appearance
  27. All Staff Members must follow our personal appearance guidelines. This includes all forms of communication between staff members and audience, including public social media providers (Discord, Twitter and others), support center responses, in-game chat, and others.

  29. Staff Members
  30. Should not use any form of explicit language in the work environment and in relations to our audience. Using explicit language is strictly prohibited.
  31. Should not include their personal opinion and thoughts in relations to public communications about the activity of the company. Everything should match with the Companyís public predefined statements.
  32. Should not use offensive content or language that demeans any respectful group, ethnicity, or disability. This includes slurs and categorizing LGBTQ+ individuals as unhealthy or unnatural. Creators.TF is open to almost everyone, aside from hateful people, and we ask that you respect people of any race, gender, or sexuality according to their wishes. If you have a problem with that, leave.
  33. Should not promote acts of violence, bullying, hacking, false information or any frowned upon behavior. Irrelevant drama and unjustified acts will not be tolerated. Doxxing will result in an instant permanent ban, from all Creators.TF services, regardless of how readily available the information is.
  34. Should keep internal meetings and conversation on topic, keeping to the Creators.TF work topics at hand.
  35. Job Duties and Authority
  36. All staff members should fulfill their job duties with integrity and respect toward the audience, stakeholders and the community. Supervisors and managers mustnít abuse their authority. We expect them to delegate duties to their team members taking into account their competences and workload. Likewise, we expect team members to follow team leadersí instructions and complete their duties with skill and in a timely manner.

  39. Conflict of Interest
  40. We expect staff members to avoid any personal, financial or other interests that might hinder their capability or willingness to perform their work.
  41. Collaboration
  42. Staff members should be friendly and collaborative. They should try not to disrupt the workplace or present obstacles to their colleaguesí work.
  43. Communication
  44. All staff members must be open for communication with their colleagues, supervisors, team members & audience.
  45. Policies
  46. All staff members should read and follow our company policies. If they have any questions, they should ask their managers.

  48. Disciplinary Actions
  49. Our company will take disciplinary action against staff members who repeatedly or intentionally fail to follow our code of conduct. Disciplinary actions will vary depending on the violation, and are decided by the administrators of the project, subject to change at the time of discretion.
