# Taskerpedia Editor Access Rules

Editor access is granted to trusted contributors who demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the quality, accuracy, and neutrality of Taskerpedia.

By requesting editor access, you agree to the following:

1. **Provide Accurate Information**

   * All edits must be factually accurate and supported by reliable sources when applicable.
   * Deliberate misinformation, hoaxes, or fabricated content are prohibited.

2. **Maintain a Neutral Point of View**

   * Articles should be written objectively and fairly.
   * Personal opinions, promotional content, and biased language are not permitted.

3. **Respect Existing Content**

   * Major changes should improve content quality and not remove valid information without justification.
   * Do not engage in edit wars or repeatedly revert other contributors without discussion.

4. **Follow Content Standards**

   * Use clear, professional language and proper formatting.
   * Content must be relevant to the encyclopedia's purpose and scope.

5. **Respect Copyright and Licensing**

   * Do not upload or copy copyrighted material without permission.
   * Any submitted content must comply with applicable copyright laws.

6. **Protect Community Integrity**

   * Harassment, vandalism, spam, and disruptive behavior are prohibited.
   * Editors must treat other contributors respectfully.

7. **Account Responsibility**

   * You are responsible for all actions performed using your account.
   * Sharing editor credentials with others is not allowed.

8. **Administrative Oversight**

   * Administrators may review, modify, or remove content that violates Taskerpedia policies.
   * Editor privileges may be suspended or revoked at any time for policy violations.

9. **Page Deletion and Site Administration Restrictions**

   * Editors may not delete pages, files, images, or other site content without prior approval from a Taskerpedia administrator.
   * Editors may not modify site-wide settings, permissions, themes, navigation, layouts, ownership, integrations, or other administrative configurations unless explicitly authorized to do so.
   * Unauthorized deletion of content or changes to site settings may result in immediate suspension or revocation of editor privileges.

10. **Collaboration and Editing Procedures**

* Taskerpedia editors are expected to coordinate and discuss proposed content changes, major revisions, disputes, and editorial decisions through the project's designated Google Chat spaces or conversations.
* Editorial work, including creating, updating, and organizing Taskerpedia content, should be performed through the project's Google Sites environment unless otherwise directed by a Taskerpedia administrator.
* Editors should communicate respectfully and seek consensus on significant changes before implementation whenever practical.
* Administrators may establish additional collaboration procedures and communication channels as needed to support project operations.


Submission of an editor access request does not guarantee approval. Access is granted at the discretion of Taskerpedia administrators based on the needs of the project and the applicant's suitability.
