  1. I did a road trip to AGDQ with Brad, Albino and Mamgar. The way down we drove through the snowstorm and that was a little scary. I'm used to seeing that kind of stuff between living in Alaska, Idaho and now Massachusetts so I was prepared. If I go to AGDQ again next year I'm going to drive. Having a car this time was a godsend and made food and stuff less of a worry. I didn't even mind playing chauffeur for people, I know how annoying it is to not have a car at this venue.

  3. If you didn't see me much at the event it's because I was in the hospitality room playing Cosmic Encounter for most of the week. It's my favorite board game and I'm glad I got to share it with a bunch of people and that they all enjoyed it. The first night I brought it out we all stayed up playing it until breakfast. I haven't played the game this much since college. We were all having so much fun with it that I drove nearly 30 minutes away to go buy two additional expansions because the nearby board game shops didn't have any expansions I didn't own. Thanks to everyone who played CE with me this week, you all are awesome.

  5. I couched for a few runs. Tilt went really well and Guesst got a PB by 1 second. What more could you ask for there. Trauma Center was a lot of fun and I'm glad everyone was willing to dress up in scrubs for it. Great job Iris and Slurpee, you guys killed it. Cornerstone was certainly a video game. Sorry you were sick all week Chops and that your run didn't go as planned. I hope you get well soon.

  7. I dunno what else to say. Hanging out with speedfriends is fun. Plan to do more of it when I can.

  9. Also 2.2 million is insane. Everyone involved should be proud of that.
