this message is in regards to my new caseworker I was unable to follow up with questions in regards to a housing stability benefit from my old caseworker when i was initially accepted into odsp Tanya Ristic feel as if i wasn’t informed enough of the program and was dealing with issues that should not have been dealt with by me alone. I believe certain services were not explained fully enough for me to be able to use them and instead had those services pushed onto me without explanation of what was happening or going on.

I have been staying at the hospital and going to the library since leaving Oakville Sept 1 until sept 25th i was in the st Jospeh’s psych ward from continuing difficulties similar to those i experienced in Oakville that do no make sense. I feel as if ODSP is being used as an excuse to remove my autonomy and remove any possibility of making decisions for myself. I have had psyche evaluations from the hospital and i am awaiting for a psyche evaluation from my family doctor. I am a lightning strike victim and have no issues with delusions i have all the necessary techniques to handle any mental issues that may or may not come up my initial application was for financial assistance i have never had an issue with being social in society up until recently due to a private investigation i was not made aware of i was apart but have since figuring out have decided to take legal action against the police for subjecting me such situation. Any and all help from my social worker or social services would be greatly appreciated. I have already lost out on an opportunity for school and housing and was homeless since April 30th because of these stupid police actions. I have documented uploaded in triplicate and made those who need to be made aware informed of my situation. Ive attached a copy of the letter i submitted and have not been able to go to the office due to financials but plan to do so soon.
