Thoughts on Staff Apps

Moderator App Thoughts:

Remilia: Very passionate about opinions. Has had many problems with mods in the past that makes me thing they will not be able to effectively work with the team

Okami: From personal experiences I wont go into I dont think Okami will be able to work well on the team due to some mental problems theyre having and their overall attitude.

Levi: Big no here, has caused many issues in the past and has been removed from the server for said issues in the past as well.

Admiral: Has been an admin in the past as a founding member, but in their time back has proven that they are a problem causer and incapable of taking the server seriously. Also part of the holy trinity of shitting up the server

Juicy: While juicy has a hard time filtering jokes from seriousness, he does seem genuinely passionate about the server, and I would not mind his addition to the mod team.

Metsmage: No Comment

Nami-tee: Not much to say here, theyve been a solid member of the server that ive never had an issue with, don't care either way

Refisio: No Comment

Rei: Newer to the server and has caused issues already, no from me on this one

Sam: Weak app, otherwise no comment

Tachi: We don't need another person on the staff team who is gonna be afraid to actually enforce the rules, which is basically what they stated ("I can be too soft"). No from me

Owl: No comment

Thresh: Has some mental problems currently, and breaks rules in rp-general, so no

Raker & TCS: These two share the same opinion for me, which is that the reasons they were removed from staff are enough to not invite them back, especially for TCS who was removed between the last application and this one. Maybe in the future.

Silverhawk: Looks good, strong app, fine either way

Saika: Weak app, probably no

Lena: Has caused way too many issues in the past, was recently kicked for posting porn in general after being told not to right before, strong no

RJ: RJ has a  bit of an inferiority complex, and is down on himself a lot. I think he needs some time still since his leaving the staff team, but I'm not as against him as I am for TCS and Raker
