1. Frog Stacking isn't overpowered. Not at all. Considering what else I could have put in slots filled by Frog Leg and Frog Webbing instead (Necromantic Scroll and Pygmy Necklace/Hercules Beetle), it really is quite balanced from an opportunity cost standpoint. If your issue is that the stacking makes Balloons too viable for this stage of the game, I will simply say "Obsidian Armor, Blade Staff".

2. Stardust Dragon is on par with Terraprisma for the best minion in the game. A horde of Prismae might absolutely decimate crowds, but a long Stardust Dragon absolutely decimates Single Targets, far more so than the same number of Prismae can. The Dragon can also attack offscreen if you right-click the target first, making it the safer option. It does perform terribly in crowds though, which is why I think it's on par with Terraprisma instead of better.

3. Unless you're making strong use of a specific tag, Daybreak and Phantasm are better boosts to your DPS than Whips are. Not only do whips have very short range (Still quite short with Obsidian Armor compared to the weapons I just named), but unless you're using Firecracker (even less range), the Daybreak and Phantasm will deal much more side damage. Unless the tag is playing an absolutely critical role in your DPS, the safety of these weapons Vs. whips is so much more useful.
