RPGLB Channel VOD Exports

Due to Twitch's new Highlight policies, until further notice we will use the following process for exporting community event content from the RPGLB Twitch to YouTube channels, with the person responsible for each step noted:

1. Using the Twitch Video Producer (https://dashboard.twitch.tv/u/rpglimitbreak/content/video-producer), edit the title and description of the 'Past Broadcast' to what is wanted for both on YouTube.  Please also include the start/end times for the run/race (to be used for video cropping) in the video description. (event admin)
2. Export the Past Broadcast to YouTube, using the 'Private' visibility option - note that Public is the default option and you'll need to manually select Private before starting the export. (event admin)
3. Crop the new YouTube video based on the provided start/end times, delete the start/time notes from the video description, and publish the video. (puwexil)
