- Hi, it might have happened as I changed bank accounts and I deleted my old bank account around the time I opened my new account. I apologize for that and that was something I should have looked into when I changed accounts, so that part is on me. I'm genuinely curious as to why these products that cost triple digits are being shipped out when deposits get "initially cancelled at the time of payment." That's an odd business practice, but that's just my opinion. The only reason I just paid that is so it doesn't decrease my credit score as I'm looking to get a line increase to become a first time homeowner and I don't need that negativity impacting my financial health as well as my credit score that I've been scraping and clawing at improving this past year and beyond, just for it to be negatively impacted again by closing the bank account I mentioned. I pick and choose my battles wisely. One battle I choose not to fight is to get repairs on this product when I was really only concerned about TWO of the few parts that arrived broken. I feel like fighting this battle is a waste of my valuable time and it's more trouble than it's worth. I'm not sure if this is a language barrier or not, but I've been asked at least three times for a FULL unboxing video. Even if I circled the parts that I broke, I have a feeling that I'll have to clarify and/or repeat myself like I had to do when I sent the videos and had to clarify what they showed. Multiple times. For the last time, those were the only two videos I sent. Since I don't have a full video of what you want, what good would circling the two damaged parts do when they won't be replaced if you don't have a two hour long video that doesn't exist?? The first video is of the assembled product and the second one is of the parts that arrived broken that were damaged in customs. I had another package damaged in customs a month ago. I understand custom pieces of art are not cheap and I have many custom art pieces, both digital and physical, but I'm disabled and if I had a full length video, it would have been over two hours long and it would have been a lot of crying, and myself being generally frustrated as I have POTS, long covid, and audhd. Trust me when I say mostly nobody wants to see that. Not many people have the storage space or the battery capacity on their smartphones to record two hour or more length videos to unbox items. Some devices only allow you to record for a set amount of minutes. After the maximum allowed time, the recording stops. If someone is making a video for that long fully unboxing and assembling your products and it stops recording and they didn't realize it, are they just screwed and they don't get a replacement and/or refund?? This is the first resin figure that I ordered overseas and it will be the last I order overseas due to the other problems I've had with customs damaging my fragile purchases lately. I'm a detail-oriented and visual-oriented individual and when I saw the term, "unpacking," then I thought it meant a video of everything UNPACKED AND ASSEMBLED, not myself opening all the boxes and opening everything and assembling it. I'm more familiar with the term "UNBOXING" and that would have been more understanble for me. I opened everything very gently and carefully. I'm a computer repair tech and Doordash dasher, so I handle fragile computer components with care, so gently opening items isn't something new to me and I keep takeout orders upright in my car so those are handled with care as well. I take very good care of things and they last a very long time. None of these items for the resin figure were damaged in my possession. I've received breakable items through the mail before and have always handed them with care. I'd highly recommend making it more clear that you'd like full videos from start to finish from the product in the box, the box being opened, the packaging being pulled out, the items carefully being unwrapped, and the items being assembled along with an elaborate visual guide that gets sent as an email attachment before delivery. It's otherwise difficult for an individual such as myself to fully understand some of this. You've most-likely already seen the PayPal claim, but this has been the worst experience I've had preordering any custom made breakable good overseas and it shouldn't be this difficult to receive a repair and/or refund. At this point, I'm not going to fight this battle any longer and use my buyers protection. I received the package via DHL and I know they have package insurance as well. If I receive a full refund, I can send the damaged product back and I'm willing to pay for shipping, taxes, and tariff fees for that. The ball is in your court regarding how you would like to handle all that.
