Right Click Folders
	> Permissions
			> Advanced
						> TrustedInstaller - Change
										> Administrators + Check Names
														> OK
																	> Check "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects"
																				> Apply + OK
																						> Check "Full Control" for "Administrators"
																								> Apply + OK



Rename from

HideBasedOnVelocityId

to

ShowBasedOnVelocityId
