Terms of Service (ToS)

By using my (The seller, rugem, Me) services, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

ALL PAYPAL payments made by the buyer are F&F (Family & Friends). The money that the buyer (You, The buyer, Person using my service(s)) shall not be chargebacked under ANY circumstances unless I have given permission for the buyer to do so. I only accept EURO/USD. Most of my products are obtained in a way that they can get taken/locked/recovered by original owners(trading or me buying from them and them trying to scam me), DEAL WITH CAUTION.

In no event shall rugem (The seller, rugem, Me) be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or losing the item/product provided.) There are no refunds possible unless I mess up on my part (including, without limitation, Product is not working or Buyer received the wrong product). Even then I decide if I want to refund.

I (rugem, Me, The seller) may revise these terms of service for my services at any time without notice. By using these services you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service. You are to keep yourself updated with these.
