Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the https//accountemporium.com website (the "Service") operated by Ltcom Inc ("us", "we", or "our"). "Service/Services" means AccountEmporium. (This website). "You" means (YOU) as in the user of our service. "Graphics, Pictures, Images" means any graphical content that can be found on our website. "Account/Accounts" means any of the accounts you have registered on this website, including, but not limited to any features that you have gotten through purchases on our site. "Alts" or "Alt" refers to the accounts in our database. "Chat" or "Live Chat" means any form of form of chat feature found on our website. (Ex. The community chat, direct messaging, etc.)

General Terms:
You agree that we take no responsibility for any misuse of this service. This includes chat rooms like our Live Chat. You agree that you are the owner and/or are authorized by the owner of the credit card/funds you are using to purchase any of our services You are not allowed to redistribute any of the graphics, software or data found on our website without our permission. You agree that we can penalize your account at any time at our full discretion. Any violation of any of the terms stated on this page can result in a termination of your account. We regularly check for unusual activity, and we will terminate your account if we find you guilty. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we deem it necessary at any time, without any prior notice. You are not allowed to distribute or "leak" any credentials associated with our alts. This includes, but is not limited to, usernames, access credentials, UUIDs and Alt Keys. We also reserve ourselves the right to update/change any of the features included with the different packages/products we provide, which may or may not affect previous purchases. All sales are final. If you charge back your payment, our system will automatically terminate your account and any accounts associated with your account. Furthermore, we may block you from further accessing our website. We routinely take old ones out and add new alts to maintain quality. Please keep this in mind if you're planning on purchasing an account from our service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from any Children under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, share, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Viruses
You must not misuse our Service by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Service, the server on which our Service is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to our Service. You must not attack our Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly, annual, quart-annual, weekly, and 45-day basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. Your subscription will cancel if you cancel it or AccountEmporium cancels it.

Accounts
When you purchase an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the account purchased and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ltcom Inc and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright and other laws of both the US and foreign countries.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your email immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service by contacting us.

Who owns the material you send us?
Any communication or material you transmit to our Service by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, graphics or the like is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary but we shall comply with our Privacy Policy in respect of any personal information we receive from you. Anything you transmit or post shall, subject to our Privacy Policy, become our exclusive property which may be used by us and selected third parties performing services on our behalf at any time and for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting. We are free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in any communication you send to our Service for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products using such information.

Restrictions
You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Service. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your right to access or use the Services. The Live Chat
You agree that you accept any liability for use and/or misuse of the chat. Spamming, advertising and/or sharing links to inappropriate material is not permitted. Hateful, racist, homophobic comments and any sort of similar ignorance is strictly prohibited. The failure of either party to exercise, in any respect, any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. AccountEmporium may transfer, assign or delegate this Agreement and its rights and obligations without consent. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of this Agreement and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind AccountEmporium in any respect whatsoever. Headings for each section have been included above for your convenience, but such headings do not have any legal meaning, and may not accurately reflect the content of the provisions they precede. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. Ltcom Inc, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements. This service is not affiliated with Mojang/Microsoft or any of its products. All rights are reserved to the corresponding companies/individuals. By using and/or purchasing on this website, we assume that you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to the terms stated on this page, please do not access or use our website.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
