Forbidden Memories 100% - GamesForCharity

Yes, the time has come. As of 8/31/2015, I am starting my Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories 100% run.

Obtaining all of the cards is impossible on the English version. This run aims to get all obtainable cards, 689 out of the 722 possible. You must also unlock every duelist on the Free Duel screen.

I will NOT be using the memory card glitch known as card duping in this run.

I want to stress that this is going to be a side project for me. I do not plan on strictly doing 100% every time I stream. I also have no plans on streaming a ridiculous amount in order to complete it. I just started school, so streaming alone will be difficult to come by.

The way this is timed is called TA, or time attack, rather than what you are used to which is RTA, or real time attack. The run is not measured in how quickly I complete the game in real time, but rather how much time playing the game I spend. So, if my run takes me 150 hours to complete done over the course of 1 year, then my final time is 150 hours, not 1 year.

I will be using a very well made guide by Mergy and Xer as an aid in my run.

Also, I want it to be noted I am doing this run on a Playstation 2 console, with FDS turned on, and with the bios of 75001. This version eliminates a lot of console lag that happens on lower versions.

How long will this take? Beats me. With school literally starting on the day I am writing this, I cannot say how often I will work on this with certainty. But I do promise that every time I do, it will be streamed, and the timer will pick up where the last segment left off.

I am going to stream this at a slightly lower quality than I typically would (360p rather than 720p) because I want to locally record every segment in case Twitch decides to be a cocksmoker. I am also going to highlight each segment, however long, and upload them to Youtube. Think of it as a little series that will be available in its entirety at the end.
