  daiyu is known for being a very enigmatic person, daiyu is hard to predict and is quite difficult to read. according to daiyu herself, socializing is a pain in the ass and she might find a hard time opening up to someone due to the existence of a major trust issue she probably always have (though most of the time her friends ask her 'why', she would answer them with an "i'm being cautious"). though seemingly quite pretentious and fake, she seldom tell lies and would definitely choose to stick to the truth, and if ever, there's something she doesn't feel like telling, daiyu always has a way to hide, or maybe shorten her words. well, daiyu usually never tells unless someone asks her about it, and she's good at keeping most secrets. despite being known for a mysterious person, she's actually pretty amiable and polite, and would really gladly return a smile or a friendly "hello" or "hi" as long as you didn't do anything that upsets her or her friends. if you get to  know her better, she definitely wouldn't hesitate to be the one who greets you first.
  in truth, daiyu is easily flustered and would constantly blurt out cover-ups that wouldn't exactly make sense, but will often shrug it off saying: "it is what it is". daiyu's never the type of person to speak so lowly of someone even if she hates someone so much, and most people thinks that it's actually the opposite. she really is quite oblivious to certain things, and would be the less likely person to be aware of her surroundings. how she acts could also seem a bit idiosyncratic to people who doesn't know her and will probably think that she's a bit peculiar. people assume that she always has something planned, and would refer to her as the "suspicious and cunning", but it's more prior to the fact that she's a slytherin after all.
  though she doesn't seem like it, she's actually a very nice person to hang around with, and will not hesitate to stand up and defend her friends. she'd do whatever she could to hold and protect the ones she deem merit, and will be more than glad to cheer them up when they're down. daiyu might speak a bit blatantly, and would open up if she trusts someone enough. definitely wouldn't answer unnecessary questions or just questions she think aren't worth asking, though. she certainly wouldn't tolerate betrayal, and her revenge plans are usually quite frightening.
