- GPT-3 Thesis on Human Rights
- An A.I. Generated set of thesis on Human Rights
- Thesis 1: Humans have a right to freedom. This is because humans have an inherent human right to freedom, that they are born with (this is the most controversial part of this essay). If we assume that there once existed an inherently free man in history, then it becomes clear why all other people should be considered slaves. However, if we accept this false premise then the argument follows logically from there.
- Thesis 2: Humans have a right to freedom, because it is an inherent human need. If humans do not have the ability to make their own decisions then they will become slaves to others and lose the capacity for dignity which enables them to be free. In other words, if humans are not given freedom then they cannot freely choose what value systems they adopt in life...this would result in a lack of personal growth.
- Thesis 3: Humans have a right to freedom because it is the only way that humans can achieve their full potential as humans. If you deny them this then they will become slaves to others, like robots with no free will, and therefore without any human dignity.
- Thesis 4: Humans have a right to freedom because it is not compatible with morality for them to be slaves. If humans are forced by others into slavery then this will cause suffering in the world.
- Thesis 5: Humans have a right to freedom because they are the only ones in the entire universe who possess it. If we restrict humans from it then there is nobody left in existence to enjoy this valuable human attribute.
- Thesis 6: Humans have a right to freedom because it is the only way that humans can be happy. If we restrict them from being free then they will not be able to reach their full potential and therefore cannot feel happiness.
