My views on the removal of me from staff.

I feel like my removal from staff is unfair for the "Political Differences" situation. I was not the only participating member and I feel like I was treated unfairly.
I do like to say first off, I do stand-by your decision on some cases but not all.

Firstly - As I said, I was treated unfairly because I wasn't the only participating member of the "Debate" and Both sides are at fault. I do admit, I was childish and I do believe I could've went around the situation differently and more maturely than how I originally did it.
But I was the only member accused and had actions pressed against me when as I said, both sides are at fault. I feel like the majority of staff, Psycho, Captain, Default and Wookie always push me away and disregard what I say as a staff member.
I do feel like in each situation of the major issue, I've been provoked. Now, the music, yes I did post a song with an IRA Theme, but I do not support the Provisional IRA. Which the song was called terrorist thrash by Potato and shortly had that topic dropped with me responding "Kek".
This is when the situation escalated, Before this, Captain and I joked about the brit / irish stuff. But then he got serious about it and started bashing me for "Communist Beliefs / United Ireland Beliefs".
On several occasions, Captain has appeared in MY PRIVATE CHANNEL slandering beliefs and basically immaturely disagreeing me and my socialist friend talk about.
The situation got really out of hand when DomoCop, Captain, Psycho and DefaultFun had their avatars set to a picture of the U.K and Ireland under one flag ( Union Jack ) Which alone, is really disrespectful and insensitive.
So, In retalliation, I posted freedom fighter ( O-IRA Orignal IRA ) stuff on my channel, discord and avatar. Which then they complained and said I supported terrorism.
I didn't report their avatars as I thought it was a joke, until they complained to staff about me being a terrorist / supporting terrorism.
Giovanni talked with psychopath basically defending me and saying I wasn't ( Thank you Giovanni ) but after that, Captain ranted in the staff chat about how his avatar wasn't offensive but "Patriotic". Which later evoled into the situation we know.
Now, if you notice, I DID NOT JOIN those conversations much, I said either triggered or kek and never responded because I know that it could lead to trouble, but I never really touched those discussions and I was punished.
This discussion woke Comrade Potato up and it really pissed him off. But after a 30 minute calm discussion with him, I agreed and changed many of the things from the hammer and sickle / IRA stuff. I complied. But then 2-3 Hours later, I get on to my laptop, looking for a suitable Pagan avatar as Paganism is my religion and it never offends anyone.
Wookie decideds to act hostile towards me instead of asking me to remove my avatar. The avatar was a drawn figure holding his face in enjoyment in front of burning union jacks.
I set that avatar the night before when I was with Giovanni and forgot to remove it as I was discussing staff stuff with Giovanni like Dog slots, Ranking systems and other things.
The hostility towards me by wookie prompted a hostile response towards him. Now, I'm sure I stated in my staff app, I have anger problems, I do now see it was a stupid response, and for that, I'm sorry wookie.
But then I was removed from staff, just me, Which me and giovanni talked and based on staff decisions, I followed and didn't fight, If you all felt like i needed a suspension or demotion yeah, but immediate removal? I still went and am ok with losing staff. Gio can confirm that from the talk me and him had on Discord.
But I do ask you all to reconsider your choice as I was active, mature and helpful to all players. Most players I've played with would see me as a fair person and a nice player.
Private Channel stuff is Private, I do admit, I will drag FRIENDS in and use terms like Nigga or Faggot ( towards corbyn, who is gay and allows me to use it, i'm also a Trans Male To Female bisexual. )


I do ask all staff to read ALL of this ( @Rogue -.- ) and to reconsider your actions against me.
