Patch notes:
- Get enemy shrink in 3-1 because it's not slow and sells for a lot. Skip 5-3 fire breath.
- Skip buying rapid fire in 2-2 (buy at 4-3 instead) and let it run out on plague to make 4-1 clip easier.
- Buy player growth after 4-3 instead of right before temple.
- Let Electric Amulet run out after Skorne 1 is dead, it sells for almost no gold.
