  11. <p>Texas Local Moving Services -</p>
  12.  
  13. <p>• I Understand $50 deposit will be required for all DFW Metropolis moves (Local services)</p>
  14.  
  15. <p>• I Understand my deposit will be deducted from my final moving cost</p>
  16.  
  17. <p>•I Understand that all payments at the day of the move shall be paid with cash or money order ONLY, no personal checks.</p>
  18.  
  19. <p>• I Understand payment is due prior to unloading at drop off</p>
  20.  
  21. <p>• I Understand that payment with credit card will be accepted and processed no later than day before my move</p>

  23. <p>• I Understand that copy of my credit card and picture ID will need to be provided with signature verification</p>

  25. <p>• I Understand that in the event my move will exceed the estimated paid hours and a credit card payment was already made the day prior- I will need to pay the different by cash/ money order at time of delivery before unloading</p>

  27. <p><span style="color:#FF0000;"><u><strong><span style="background-color:#FFFF00;">Cancellation Policy Terms and Conditions: </span></strong></u></span></p>

  29. <p>• I understand that rescheduling my move date will be no later than 24 hours prior to the move date by phone/email.</p>
  30.  
  31. <p>• I understand that any deposits paid will be refunded if Geo Van Lines receives my cancellation notice in writing 48 business hours prior to my original scheduled move date.</p>
  32.  
  33. <p>• I understand that in the case of a cancellation (48 hours prior to move date) I will then be eligible for my full deposit to be returned if the original move date hasn’t changed.</p>

  35. <p>• I understand that if I cancel my moving services on the day of the move, there will be a cancellation fee of (1) hour of labor and travel cost.</p>

  37. <p>• I understand my mover reserves the right to reschedule the pick-up or delivery date due to bad weather or unforeseen events. Refund policy Terms and Condition</p>

  39. <p>• I understand that in the case that a credit is owed to me for any of the following reasons: over payments on my move balance, company settlement and good faith refunds, duplicate charges, incorrect/mistaken charges, claim refunds, move cancellations within company policy time frame will all be refunded the same way the payment was originally made by me.</p>

  41. <p>• I understand all refunds will be processed in the order they were received. Refunds can take up to3- 15 business days.</p>

  43. <p><span style="color:#FF0000;"><strong><span style="background-color:#FFFF00;">Liability
  44. coverage options Terms and Condition:</span></strong></span></p>

  46. <p>• I am stating that I have reviewed this estimate and I have been advised and explained the valuation options available.</p>
  47.  
  48. <p>• I understand the default option of the claim liability will be no more than $0.60 cents per pound, per article. Loss or damage claims will be settled based on the weight of the article multiplied by $0.60 cents per pound. I am stating that I was advised and explained the options of purchasing “Full Value Replacement Protection Coverage” (FVRP) from third party insurance company.</p>

  50. <p>• I understand that in a case of purchasing Full Value Replacement Protection Coverage-I will need to provide proof of purchase in a case of claim.</p>

  52. <p>• I understand if for any reason there is an open balance on moving services it can and will affect any processing of the claims.</p>

  54. <p><u><span style="color:#FF0000;"><strong><span style="background-color:#FFFF00;">Short terms Storage Policy:</span></strong></span></u></p>

  56. <p>• I’m aware and understand that this agreement includes my moving service and storage services if needed.</p>

  58. <p>• I’m aware storage is not prorated.</p>
  59.  
  60. <p>• I am aware my mover have a Minimum monthly storage fee -based on a size of 2 crate’s - 460CF @ the rate of $190.00/a month</p>
  61.  
  62. <p>• I’m aware that if I do not pay for accrued storage time for a period of 90 days the property will be considered abandoned and subject to auction.</p>

  64. <p>• I am aware that all open balance due of my moving services will be paid in full before unloading shipment to the Storage.</p>

  66. <p>• I understand that in the event I will store my items with Geo Van Lines, any request for moving out of the storage will be consider a separated move from my moving in agreement and charges. hourly charges (plus travel &Fuel) will be applied</p>

  68. <p>• I understand that in a case of a claim I will need to submit my claim in writing within 90 days from the delivery.</p>
  69.  
  70. <p>• I understand liability is limited to $25.00 for damage to floors, walls, doors, and painted surfaces. Liability limit may be raised by written agreement by both parties prior to move.</p>

  72. <p>• I understand the maximum liability is limited to $0.60 per pound, per item, for loss or damages; unless My mover agrees, in writing, to a higher limit of carrier liability.</p>

  74. <p>• I understand that In case of purchasing Full Value Replacement Protection Coverage-I will need to provide proof of purchase in case of a claim, and the claim will be handled by My Mover third party insurance company (including refunds).</p>

  76. <p><span style="color:#FF0000;">I hereby understand and agree that the information stated above is complete, accurate, and that I am willing to proceed with this relocation I have examined the company terms and conditions and agree to said terms and conditions as stated in this moving reservation estimate.</span></p>
