*Super Missile (1) - Mock Ball to get it
*Missile (2) - Near charge beam
*Charge Beam
*[Spazer]
*Kraid's Lair (wall jump to get there)
*Kill Kraid - Varia Suit
*Energy Tank (2) - Kraid's Lair

---Norfair---
*Energy Tank (3)
*High Jump Boots
*Missile (3) - Near High Jump Boots
*Speed Booster
*Missile (4) - Near Wave Beam
*Wave Beam
*Ice Beam

---Brinstar---
*Go up big red
*Power Bombs
*Get enough supers to enter WS (about 3)

---Crateria---
*Missile (5) - On the moat

---Wrecked Ship---
*Kill Phantoon
*Super Missile (2) - Left room
*Gravity Suit

---Brinstar---
*Go down big red. Refill energy in left room.

---Maridia---
*Break glass tube
*Kill Botwoon
*Kill Draygon - Space Jump
*Plasma Beam
*Take tube down (green missile door) and get across sand rooms.

---Norfair---
*Speed booster hallway. Go straight to LN.
*In LN, go right (skip Screw Attack and GT).
*Go straight to Ridley. Kill Ridley.
*[Ridley Energy Tank (4)]

---Go to statues---
*Leave LN. Leave Norfair.
*Go through Maridia to get to Upper Red Brinstar/Crateria.
*Go across the left and down to statues.

---Tourian---
*Be wise with supers on Metroids.
*Zebetite Glitch.
*Don't go below 3 energy tanks on MB.

---Escape---
*Critters can cheer you up if you're feeling low.
