Casual WoW Classic Group!

The purpose of the group is to enjoy 5-man content and questing while socializing in voice chat (Discord).

If you have not played the game before, it is easy to learn. We will assist you in learning the game and explaining terms below that you may be unfamiliar with.

The group will meet twice a week for 2 hours (total of 4 hours per week).

It is not expected that everyone make it to every meeting. Extended absences of many weeks are discouraged though since your character will fall behind.

There will be NO requirement to play at any other time. We will take care of every in-game task during regular meeting times, including traveling, picking up quests, class-specific quests, skilling up professions, farming materials and gold, etc.

If you DO want to play on your own, that's fine. But please avoid leveling ahead of everyone else on your group character.

We will play on a PvP, non-roleplaying server as Alliance characters.

Everyone will be free to choose the race, class, talents, and professions that they want to play.

The goal is for the group to be self-sufficient, by:
  - Covering all the primary professions if possible
  - Making everything we need ourselves (no buying stuff from the auction house)
  - Completing dungeons and group quests efficiently and with minimal help

Everyone will learn all three secondary professions (cooking, fishing, first aid). We will take time to skill these up as we go.

Game content will not be rushed through. Everyone will get as much time as they want to talk to NPC's, read the text of quests, and learn the lore of the game.

Within Discord, conversation should be friendly and encouraging. No political arguments (except Azerothian politics).

Gold will be considered group property, including gold obtained by selling items in the auction house. When anyone runs low on gold (usually the tank, due to repair costs), we will rebalance so that everyone has the same amount. Mounts will not be purchased until everyone has enough gold to buy one.

When in a group, loot will be set to Free-For-All, with Need-Disenchant rolling. If there is a random person in the group (i.e. PUG), then loot will be set to Round-Robin with Need-Greed rolling.

We will not join any guilds, since doing so would distract attention away from the private group. If necessary, we will establish a guild just for ourselves.

Play will continue until everyone has reached level 60 and has an epic mount, pre-raid gear, and max profession skills. At that point, there are a few options:
  - Start over with new characters (perhaps Horde)
  - Continue playing in an expansion, if Blizzard releases one
  - Try to find a raiding guild to join
  - Disband
