- My eyes are watering, I can't stop sneezing, and it's all Lush's fault? Or mine. Yeah, probably mine.
- It's a weird year for birthday gifts, since we can't shop anywhere, and the bank account isn't exactly in full swing right now. Because of this, it's a "Walmart Starionary and junk" birthday.
- My wife has perhaps 35 presents to open, all of which total, at most, $250. Most of them are pens. Well, ok, maybe only 10 gifts are pens.
- Despite marking the lush order as a gift, a very well marked package was at our side door when I came home from work today. The wife assured me she didn't move it, and therefore would have no idea if I got her 1 bath bomb or 700.
- This has all been rather unrelated to the fuck up. What is the fuck up? I decided to individually wrap all of the bath bombs are bars of soap right before bed. All 12 of them. Many of them shipped loose, and between unpackaging amd wrapping, it's safe to say that there are insanely strong smelling crystals on my mattress, in my sheets, on my floor, on my pajamas, just... everywhere. On top of that, I loosely wrapped them all just in gift wrap and removed some of them from their brown paper bags, so there is a dozen bath bombs/soaps sitting in my closet right now that I'm too tired to bother moving.
- Although I think I have to. It's below freezing tonight, my window is WIDE open, and I swear the breeze is just stirring up more aroma. My eyes have been watering for 20 minutes and it 100% is getting worse.
- I don't have anywhere else to hide them where our idiotic dogs won't eat them.
- TL;DR tifu by unpackaging and handling a full dozen bath bombs in my room, and now I'm getting a horrible headache. Had I waited til morning this all could have been avoided and they could have... offgassed? while I was at work. I can't stress enough how strong it is, every breath through my nose feels like I'm inhaling flavoured icing sugar..
