Mothwing Cloak
•Collect Fury of the Fallen and S&Q
•S&Q once you hit the bench trigger in Dirtmouth and equip Fury
•Set up Fury and kill the Baldur itemless [50]
•Enter Greenpath and head through it roughly like normal
•Squit skip
•Kill Vengefly King [~160] (if you get enough miscellaneous geo, you can probably skip this, or possibly the KS journal later)
•Get the Moss Knights and geo rocks [330]
•Fight Hornet and collect Mothwing Cloak
•S&Q to Dirtmouth

Dream Nail
•Head down through Crossroads and open the Crossroads stag [280]
•Head to and fight False Knight
•Collect the geo chest [480] and S&Q to the stag
•Fight Gruz Mother [530]
•Rescue Sly, bench at Salubra and do dash-only shade skip to Blue Lake
•Collect Dream Nail

Gorgeous Husk
•Open the Resting Grounds stag
•Head down and fight Xero {100}
•Grab KS journal
•Open King's Station [230] and bench
•Kill Gorgeous Husk (it's worth it and fairly safe to activate Fury, just don't die) [~686]

Mantis Claw
•S&Q to King's Station, stag to Crossroads, and bench
•Head left and down into Fungal Wastes
•Buy Fragile Strength from Leg Eater [0]
•Kill the Shrumal Ogres [~100] and grab the charm notch
•Head to and fight Elder Hu {200}
•Do a spelless epogo
•Collect Mantis Claw

Lumafly Lantern
•S&Q to Crossroads (swap Fury for/overcharm Strength)
•Stag to Dirtmouth
•Grab the well seal and head to Howling Cliffs
•Fight Gorb {300}
•Head to and grab the Cliffs idol
•S&Q to Crossroads
•Stag to Resting Grounds and bench
•Collect the Seer seal and pale ore (opening Spirits' Glade in the process)
•Grab the Glade idol and S&Q to the stag
•Stag to King's Station and bench
•Grab the Hallownest seal
•Head to Spire
•Kill the Great Husk Sentry [150]
•Head around and sell to Lemm (KS journal, well seal, Cliffs idol, Seer seal, Glade idol, KS seal) [3300]
•Note: You might be able to get the KS journal and skip the rafters seal with enough incidental geo
•Head to the Nailsmith and upgrade to Nail 2 [2250]
•S&Q to King's Station and stag to Dirtmouth
•Buy Lumafly Lantern [450]

Crystal Heart
•Stag to Crossroads
•Open the toll [400] and enter Crystal Peak
•Head through Crystal Peak like normal
•Collect Crystal Heart and S&Q to King's Station

Monarch Wings
•Head down the broken elevator shaft to Ancient Basin (you need at least 450 geo by now)
•Buy the Basin toll bench [300]
•Head through the Mawlurks to Broken Vessel
•Fight Broken Vessel
•Fight Lost Kin {700}
•Collect Monarch Wings

Failed Champion & Dreamgate
•S&Q to the toll bench and head to Hidden Station
•Stag to Crossroads [0] and bench
•Head to and fight Failed Champion {1000}
•S&Q to the stag and stag to King's Station
•Bench and stag to Resting Grounds
•Collect Dreamgate

King's Brand & Shade Cloak
•S&Q to King's Station (equip Dream Wielder) and set a DG
•Head through the tunnel into Kingdom's Edge
•Acid skip and head to Hornet 2
•Fight Hornet 2 and collect the King's Brand
•DG back to King's Station and stag to Hidden Station
•Head into the Abyss
•Head through Sibling climb and collect Shade Cloak
•S&Q and DG back to King's Station

Markoth & Lurien
•Bench and head back into Kingdom's Edge
•Take the lower route to and fight Markoth {1250}
•S&Q to King's Station
•Head back to Spire
•Head up (the lever is already hit) and fight the Watcher Knights
•Grab the geo chest [~650]
•Absorb Lurien and DG back to King's Station

Monomon & No Eyes
•Stag to Dirtmouth
•Head through Crossroads and acid skip into Fog Canyon
•Set a DG outside Archives
•Fight Uumuu (optimally 1-cycle)
•Absorb Monomon and DG back
•Head up into Greenpath
•Fight No Eyes {1450} and DG back
•Do QGA to enter Queen's Gardens

Queen's Gardens
•Fight Petra arena and sit at the toll bench [500]
•Fight the upper QG arena
•Set a DG outside the frog rooms
•Head through the frog rooms and fight Marmu {1600}
•DG back and head to Traitor Lord
•Fight Traitor Lord and collect the White Fragment
•S&Q to the toll bench and head down into Deepnest

Galien & Herrah
•Set a DG in the whispering root room
•Head to and fight Galien {1800}
•DG back and head to Distant Village
•Skip Beast's Den and absorb Herrah
•Exit Beast's Den and stag to Resting Grounds [250]

White Palace & Void Heart
•Collect Awoken Dream Nail
•Stag to Hidden Station and enter White Palace
•Complete White Palace and collect Kingsoul
•Bench in Hidden Station and overcharm Kingsoul (swap Strength ig)
•Head down into the Abyss
•Complete the Birthplace cutscene and collect Void Heart

Dream No More
•S&Q to Hidden Station (re-equip Strength)
•Stag to Dirtmouth and head to the Temple of the Black Egg
•Fight the Hollow Knight
•Kill the Radiance
•Done
