1. No leaders, personalities who became leaders but just brought out their worst traits (edgelord and vainglorious)

2. Rallies way before a good time to do them. You want rallies when you have solid support, in numbers, and are sort of normalized already. Jeb and Trump rallies are a good example, Trump had something to work with and Jeb didnt

3. Cant decide what we want to be: intellectualizing white identity, e-vanguard culture movement, irl movement, some combination of them

4. Didnt resolve internal differences, notably around who we are actually and how we represent ourselves (the natsoc questiopn)
