Personality: Time Limit is a scientist, first and foremost. He's not one to argue the philosophy of Autobot vs. Decepticon- he's not fond of either. He's just worried where he's going to get funding, who's going to try to slap him on a body part to get superpowers.
Biography: Time Limit didn't keep up with politics, content to continue his experiments with time travel and alternate dimensions in peace. That is, until corrupt and elected-by-fraud senator Ratbat started selling Minicons to the Decepticons for experimentation and use as weapons for their Powerlinx ability. This was when Time Limit joined up with Cy-Kill, who transformed into a motorcycle, and Leader-1, a miniature Seeker. These heroic renegade Minicons led the miniscule race through the Autobot and Decepticon war. The renegades rose up against Ratbat, driving him and his enforcers off-world, and engaging in a number of covert operations to rescue their brethren from Shockwave's labs... of course, like their Bulk counterparts, the minicons were experimented on, resulting in miniature Dinobots, Predacons, and even Gestalts.

The horrors of the war weighed heavily on Time Limit and his team of Time Warriors, applying his research to grant themselves mastery over time and space. But when the Autobots and Decepticons left Cybertron in ruins, the minicons not loyal to Ratbat were left behind. Now, rising up from the tiny masses in the wake of their abandonment is a heated debate. Many Minicons, Time Limit among them, have been disenfranchised with their treatment under the Cybertronian government and no longer want anything to do with it. While the Autobots roll out and the Decepticons transform and rise up, a new phrase has come forth among the freedom-fighting Renegades: "Minicons! TRANSFORM AND STRIKE BACK!"
