OoT/OoT3D Team Blackout v9 Bingo

Once v9 Bingo is released, the Hot Local Singles want to plan another OoT/OoT3D Blackout Race, where teams of two are made,
and the two team members each play either OoT or OoT3D, trying to fill an entire blackout bingo board, before other teams.

This has been done two other times, and is an excellent way to showcase the differences between the two games, and just have general fun with routing ideas and splitting objectives.

Some Rules:

- N64, GC, Wii VC, Wii U VC, and emu (PJ64 1.6, 1.7) are allowed. VC must be version 1.2.
- If Hold R is going to be allowed, then so is GIM.
- GIM is allowed on 3DS no matter what, because it works on all versions (Megaton Hammer).
- Because 3D text is OP, I'm considering allowing JP for OoT. I'll think about this later.

PS: Streaming this is NOT required, it's purely for fun. The only thing you need to do is play the game and hop in Skype, Mumble, Discord or whatever with your partner.
