TIFU by playing hentai in the living room for my family

So this happened last night. A little context here. I’m visiting my sister’s family for the birth of my newest niece, as is my other sister’s family, my cousin, and my parents. My sister has a fairly nice sized home which grants the ability to house all of us together, and the rooms are all pretty close together, somewhat surrounding the main living room.

Now many of you, I presume, are familiar with Apple products and the seem-less integration between devices (not a shill, just a fan, relax). Well, my family are big Apple users (particularly for this reason) and there’s an Apple TV in almost every room. Since we’ve been visiting for a while and reminiscing on things, most of us have connected our iPhones to the living room Apple TV to display pictures and videos or something like that.

After a long night of nostalgia and booze (lots and lots of booze) I was blasted and extremely randy (because it had been days since my last release, not cause I’d been hanging with my family, relax) so I decided I’d enjoy a nice fap to fall asleep to. Now, I’m a fan of anime, and after having rewatched Prison School a couple of days ago, I got in the mood to throw on some Hentai, so naturally, I browsed my way over to Lovely Heart #2.

I was wanting some big screen action so I figured I’d just connect my phone to the Apple TV in my room and watch it that way. Here’s where you can predict what followed. Being in my state of pure inebriation, I drunkenly selected the living room Apple TV from the list of sources and began playing the video. At first, my screen was just idle and I was wondering why it wasn’t working until finally, outside of my door, the living room tv had turned on and I heard some noises. Next thing I know, on almost full blast, the house reverberates with the sounds of hyperbolic ecstasy as the girl in the video is getting D’d the F down.

In sheer horror and panic, I fumble the phone in an effort to shut off the video before anyone can hear it. Obviously, it didn’t matter because I’m pretty sure even the neighbors heard that shit. Next thing I know, everything is silent except for my heartbeat, as I receive two back to back texts, each from my brother in law and cousin, respectively. I know what you’re thinking, why the fuck am I the first person they text when this happens? As it turns out, earlier in the evening, while scrolling through pictures on the tv in front of everyone, one of my ex’s risqué Mikasa cosplay pics happened to fly by, making for an awkward moment of silence. Thankfully, my cousin kept it 💯 and deflected the moment with a loud belch and then offered up drinks. Needless to say, everyone knew the obnoxious wailing of a cartoon vixen came straight from me.

The next morning, with the family convened in the kitchen, I was greeted by my cousin with just a quick “I know what you did last summer” side smile. Most of the women in the family avoided eye contact, save my mother, who seemed totally unaware. Even if she knew, she would have acted the same, she’s always been a very open minded person about stuff like that. My dad finally approached me, coffee in hand, took a sip and, I shit you not, said quietly, “not a bad choice.” 🤦‍♂️

TL;DR

Staying with my family in my sister’s house, I got super drunk last night and accidentally blasted hentai on the living room tv for the world to hear.
