  3. Album: Flower Boy: I can see why this was a major step up for Tyler, though might be suffering from a bit of Seinfeld is Unfunny syndrome for me. Still no real misses, and a couple of top tracks
  4.
  5. Foreword: 7 Oh nice, early Deutsche Elektronische rate promo, thanks for doing my work for me. Also just realized this album is gonna remind me of those two years I was super into Rex Orange County
  6.
  7. Where This Flower Blooms: 8 Listen, if you do that thing where you bounce the sound between headphones I'm gonna go aaaaaahhhh in excitement, so good job
  8.
  9. Sometimes...: 6 That's a really good radio dj voice. I don't know if this is a real dj, but if not they gotta drop whatever they're doing and take on-air song requests for the Morning Drive at Five
  10.
  11. See You Again: 10 Wish I thought this was mid so my comment could just be "idk I thought it was just okay okay okay okay okay okay ok-" but alas
  12.
  13. Who Dat Boy: 9 Love a Tyler track that sounds like it's chasing me with a blood-soaked kitchen knife
  14.
  15. Pothole: 7 If you're single and raising a bunch of lizards please hit me up
  16.
  17. Garden Shed: 9 Gorgeous track, perfect placement on the album
  18.
  19. Boredom: 7 Song of the summer (specifically those summer days where you do absolutely nothing at all). Fun ending breakdown
  20.
  21. I Ain't Got Time!: 10 Heard "thicc Yoda" and thought too long about it (approximately 8.93 seconds) and burst into flames
  22.
  23. 911/Mr. Lonely: 10 "I can't even lie I've been lonely as fuck" is one of those all-timer phrases. Excellent two parter, even if the Elon stuff dates it like crazy
  24.
  25. Droppin' Seeds: 6 Man who thinks all minute long songs are interludes: A Lil Wayne verse interlude!?
  26.
  27. November: 8 Last November I saw Soccer Mommy & grilled in the rain
  28.
  29. Glitter: 6 Wasn't feeling the hook, though I did like the percussion in the first verse
  30.
  31. Enjoy Right Now, Today: 8 "Oh, this sounds like the start of a great rap beat" - me, seconds before disaster
  32.
  33. Album: Veteran: Yeah, this seems like a hard album to score track-by-track, definitely not as straightforward as his future albums. A unique listening experience, and there's a real fire under Peggy that keeps him from being overpowered by the beats, but there's no way this rate doesn't have a listening party for him over days 1 and 2
  34.
  35. 1539 N. Calvert: 10 I've seen people's scores of this album, you don't gotta do much hoping
  36.
  37. Real N: 9 Damn Peggy how'd you get an intro guest appearance off a clicker from The Last of Us
  38.
  39. Thug Tears: 8 Not the MK announcer sample. The clacking in my ears has me stressed
  40.
  41. Dayum: 4 IIP vibes where people are gonna go "Wane!" and then Wane gives this a zero for lazy ambient-ish
  42.
  43. Baby I'm Bleeding: 9 Dude's referenced wrestling a million times and I'm still the goofy dude pointing meme when he drops an AJ Styles line. Whacky ass beat
  44.
  45. My Thoughts on Neogaf Dying: 4 If this was r/shitpostheads though I'd give it an 8
  46.
  47. Rock N Roll Is Dead: 6 Me thinking about what song might place last in popheads' Rated M For Mouseketeers rate:
  48.
  49. DD Form 214: 7 Dark sewer type beat. Also I really do no research on anybody, because TIL JPEG was in the military
  50.
  51. Germs: 7 Okay. How many of these songs are gonna sound like they use ASMR samples. Did he go all in on some dude eating popcorn or what
  52.
  53. Lib Anthem: 5 So this album is gonna have the lowest total average, huh
  54.
  55. Panic Emoji: 10 After the last few tracks this sneaks up and hits you with a right uppercut out of nowhere. Oppressively effective and utterly devastating
  56.
  57. DJ Snitch Bitch Interlude: 6 This isn't even the most interlude track on the album?
  58.
  59. Whole Foods: 7 Hands up if this song also gave you a headache
  60.
  61. Macaulay Culkin: 8 A Jason Jordan reference!? The way this is just a normal ass beat for this album
  62.
  63. Williamsburg: 7 Gotta remember these songs are rarely gonna be about the colonial Williamsburg and aren't gonna be about my man Peggy churning butter
  64.
  65. I Cannot Fucking Wait Til Morrissey Dies: 9 If we rated song titles this would win Winners Rate with an 11 average
  66.
  67. Rainbow Six: 10 Sometimes I do wish more of the beats on this album were fleshed out like this. Almost lost me right at the intro but instead turns into such a unique track
  68.
  69. 1488: 7 "Piss same color as Logic" one of those lyrics that makes you really stop and think
  70.
  71. Curb Stomp: 8 I support the Peggy literally stomps out racism initiative
  72.
  73. Album: TA13OO: Dude consistently puts out great shit. Might not listen to this as much as his next three releases, but still a super high quality album. Always love love love his flows
  74.
  75. TA13OO: 8 Delving into this track one is crazy.
  76.
  77. 13LACK 13ALLOONZ: 10 So goddang smooth, chorus melody is top notch
  78.
  79. CAZH MAN1AC: 5 It's nice but never really gets out of first gear. Got me in a Peter Griffin death pose
  80.
  81. ZUMO: 11 The Chowder bit is the best. I know this. In your heart you know this too.
  82.
  83. ZUPER ZA1YAN ZUPERMAN: 8 This song makes me feel like I'm inside of a pop can that's getting shaken up
  84.
  85. ZWITCH 1T UP: 10 Fire emoji fire emoji fire emoji
  86.
  87. MAD 1 GOT 1T: 9 Track for when you wanna just drive around and stew and just nod your head. Not sing, just nod to the beat
  88.
  89. ZIRENZ: 10 What a killer teamup. Always forget the final verse is used again in the Bulls on Parade cover which tbh I've listened to more, so it feels weird to me here lol and probably cost it the 11. Still a helluva track, and also obligatory BILLIE EILISH!?
  90.
  91. CLOUT CO13A1N: 10 He got the Rumble Pak on for this one
  92.
  93. THE 13LACKEZT 13ALLOON: 9 :(
  94.
  95. PERCZ: 9 This goes hard even if there's a line or two that makes me slip on a banana peel
  96.
  97. VENGEANCE: 8 Reading the lyrics during the song and for a second I thought it said "you don't mess with the Z-Efron"
  98.
  99. 13 M T: 8 Solid closer
  100.
  101. Album: Some Rap Songs: Yeah this finally clicked a bit when I got the better headphones on, a very interesting album all around. As said, definitely another tough to score album, the brevity works for the pace but meant nothing really hit that grand slam button for me
  102.
  103. Shattered Dreams: 8 Cool beat
  104.
  105. Red Water: 5 The less we say about that beat, the better
  106.
  107. Cold Summers: 10 With repeat listens I swear his flow just gets smoother and smoother, ten more and I could glide right across it
  108.
  109. Nowhere2go: 9 Oh lord, if this is the closest thing on this album Earl had to a single he is in TROUBLE
  110.
  111. December 24: 8 Might fuck around and put him on the Nice List
  112.
  113. Ontheway!: 7 This album feels like it's got the same rating track-by-track problems as Veteran, where the more experimental structure benefits the overall listening experience but hurts it when scoring individually
  114.
  115. The Mint: 9 Tbh a guest verse worked super well to make songs off this album feel more full
  116.
  117. The Bends: 6 The Bends cover is all of us who are seeing the lowest possible hanging fruit reference and will be taking it
  118.
  119. Loosie: 6 I was still typing the previous comment and when I looked up it was halfway through Azucar
  120.
  121. Azucar: 8 An almost breathless pace
  122.
  123. Eclipse: 8 Those few first lines of the verse hurted
  124.
  125. Veins: 7 I'm a bit of a sucker for these type of sample beats
  126.
  127. Playing Possum: 10 Definitely a track where you really should look up the context before you score it. Kinda wild that the track that's got my mind reeling the most doesn't feature a verse
  128.
  129. Peanut: 8 Inside of a helicopter type beat
  130.
  131. Riot!: 9 The absolute disappointment that this isn't used as a beat/stops when it does as an instrumental. Wonderful sounding, I do think it works as a closer and it makes sense after the theme of the last two songs, but man there's some untapped potential here
  132.
  133. BONUS TRACKS
  134.
  135. Legend Has It: 9 I watched that first Black Panther teaser trailer way too much
  136.
  137. Giving Bad People Good Ideas: 10 Death Grips has been one of my blindspots for a while and I guess I should change that soon. Anyway idk if my initial gut comment makes any sense but you're getting it anyway: it's giving "IDLES but if they slayed"
  138.
  139. Ain't It Funny: 10 Theme song to an amusement park dark ride gone dangerously out of control
  140.
  141. Bounce: 9 Damn thats a fun beat
  142.
  143. BOOGIE: 10 Now this'll get the party going
  144.
  145. Yeah Right: 10 Verses over a SOPHIE beat is one of those "hey you got your peanut butter in my chocolate" type situations
  146.
  147. 151 Rum: 9 Probably wouldn't fit the prompt as well but man I should've tried to payola Off Da Zoinkys
  148.
  149. Hungry Hippo: 9 You should've put the whole album as her rep in the bonus, we had the time
  150.
  151. Nothing is Safe: 9 Finally watched Hamilton on Disney+ this summer. Now all I hear is Thomas Jefferson coming to murder my ass
  152.
  153. Jailbreak the Tesla: 10 The vroom line followed by Somehow Another Outdated Elon Reference In This Rate knocked me out
  154.
  155. Crime Pays: 8 Once again, I'm a sucker for this type of sample beat
  156.
  157. Spongebob: 10 oh neptune
  158.
  159. END
