Bug list:

Hashiramas' cooldowns on his walls somehow link to come off together but don't link in actual cooldown, also wood human C/D, check that out

Jashin Execution can cause a bug in the counter when it revives Hidan. Also, Hidan does not get more HP when his victim dies to heart stab.

Morning Peacock still goes on infinitely.

Tobi can teleport while underground (needs more testing)

Suggestions:

Nerf Mifunes damage. Hard.

Make full heal (mod/admin power) add people back to the counter.

Make Zabuzas mist a bit more clear to enemies for balance purposes
