dBay's TOS & Privacy Policy: what can you order? what data do we store, and how can it be deleted?

TERMS OF SERVICE
	By using dBay, you agree to the rules, and accept any repercussions you may face by failing to follow them.

	These rules are listed below. They will also be shown the first time you try to place an order.

	1. No NSFW : Absolutely no NSFW. This includes sexual content, as well as any prejudiced content, such as racism, homophobia, or transphobia.
	2. No Spam : Spam is considered to be any order that is non-sensical, such as a keysmash, or random letters or words, as well as any repeated orders. If you order something, try to not order the same thing again, at least not for a while.
	3. Don't get too specific : We are only able to send things we can find online, such as with google images. We are also limited to sending 2 images per order, so don't order a 4 course meal all at once.
	4. Use common sense : If you are unsure if something abides by our rules, either don't order it, or join our support server and ask us first!

What happens if you don't follow the rules?

	dBay has a strike system in place to give everyone a few chances before their access to dBay is removed. 3 strikes, and you are out. After the 3 strikes, your account will be blacklisted, and you won't be able to order, or leave feedback. You can appeal this decision if you think it was a mistake, or after a little bit of time has passed and you agree to not break the rules again.
	In cases where we remove a blacklist, but the original blacklist wasn't a mistake, we will give you 2 warnings, or remove 1 if you have 3 already to get you down to 2, and then unblacklist you. This means that as soon as you get one more warning, the bot will automatically add you back onto the blacklist, and this cannot be appealed.

	In some situations, we opt to not give a user a strike, but instead just blacklist them on the spot. This would be in situations where the content they're trying to order is very vulgar, or just straight up prejudiced, and we know they are just trying to troll, or get a reaction, and they're not going to make any attempt to be a good person.

PRIVACY POLICY

	dBay only stores the data that is crucial to the bot's functionality, and users' safety.
	What do we collect?
	-User Names (ex:YourName#0000)
	-User IDs
	-Channel IDs
	-Server IDs

	How long do we collect this data?
		-User names, Channel IDs, and Server IDs are only stored once a user orders something and are deleted once the order is delivered.
		-User IDs are stored once a user agrees to our rules, and are not deleted from our system. This is to make sure that everyone who uses the bot has agreed to our rules.
		-User IDs are also stored when a user is blacklisted from using the bot.

	How do I get my data deleted?
	NOTE: All we keep stored on our system is the User ID, and only dBay's Owner can view this, so there really isn't a reason to delete your data, as it provides us with no information about you, and to protect our users' safety, it will never be shown to anyone else.
	If you still wish to have your data deleted, this is how you can do it.
	- Join the dBay discord server @ https://discord.com/invite/78SCjGRvJS.
	- go to the #support channel
	- just say that you wish to have your data deleted, and it will be removed soon after that, once the owner sees your message.

	When do we not delete data?
	-if a user is blacklisted, meaning they broke our Terms Of Service, they cannot have their user ID removed from our system.
	-The IDs stored for blacklisting are people who have broke our rules, so to protect our users' safety, and make sure they don't order more things against our TOS, their ID needs to stay stored.
	-You can, however, appeal to be unblacklisted. Depending on how bad your offense was, and how long ago it was, you may be unblacklisted, and your user ID will be removed from the blacklist database.
