  1. How to set up Dolphin/Nintendont and load the timer mod for emulated categories of Twilight Princess (real time with loads removed).
  2.
  3. Installing Dolphin:
  4. 1. Download Dolphin version 5.0-19368, or newer, and use the default settings (auto-update is recommended).
  5. 2. Inside Dolphin's games list, right-click Twilight Princess and go into properties.
  6. 3. In the "Patches" tab, tick the "Hyrule Field Speed Hack" box. Click "Close" at the bottom.
  7. 4. Click the "Config" button near the top.
  8. 5. Go to the "GameCube" tab.
  9. 6. In the "Device Settings" section, select "GCI Folder" for Slot A (highly recommended over the other memory card options).
  10.
  11. Notes:
  12. You may wish to confirm the path by clicking the three dots. If there is no Slot A folder, either let the game create it by starting a new file and saving, or create the folder manually.
  13.
  14. Installing Nintendont:
  15. 1. Download Nintendont files (https://github.com/FIX94/Nintendont)
  16. 2. Extract the 'nintendont' folder to the apps folder of your SD card (SD:\apps\nintendont)
  17. 3. Create a folder called 'games' on the root of your SD card (SD:\games)
  18. 4. Inside 'games', create a new folder and name it anything ('TP' and 'GZ2E01' are popular choices)
  19. 5. Place the ISO for TP into the second game folder (inside of the 'games' folder) on the SD card, and name the file 'game.iso' (remember to add '.iso' at the end)
  20. Example: SD:\games\TP\game.iso
  21.
  22. Installing GameCube Memory Manager (GCMM):
  23. 1. Download GCMM 1.4f (https://github.com/suloku/gcmm/releases/tag/1.4f)
  24. 2. Extract everything from the 'Release\SDCard' folder to your SD card
  25. 3. Create a folder on the root of your SD card called 'MCBACKUP' (SD:\MCBACKUP)
  26. 4. Insert your SD card into the Wii and open Homebrew Channel
  27.
