So, something has been bothering me lately which I should get off my chest.

So lets get straight to the point.

In the middle of april, around the 20th to be exact, it was late, I was notified by my Hex Vice President Raf someone was spamming on the Hex Discord, claiming to have obtained a copy of our cafe. (Screenshot 1)

Said person, called shawn1146, then threatened for a high rank in Hex, or that he would otherwise leak our cafe. (screenshot 1)
We at the time, of course didn't know how or how much he obtained from our technology, and after doing research we've found out one of our COO's promoted shawn1146, also known as 'youfounddevpizza' to CDO.

To this day I still don't know why one of my most trusted corporate officers did this, and I've heard several stories why, defending both puppy and also blaming her for what happened, however I made the decision on NEVER bringing her back, because what happened started with her, and this affects everyone who has developed with V5 for over 9 months.

Places get stolen all the time, usually through injections and such, however rarely can a place get stolen with every bit intact, which has happened to us, due to the fact shawn/youfounddevpizza had full access.

Shortly after he spammed our Discord and I kicked him out, I contacted him, the first thing he said was he wouldn't uncopylock the cafe. (screenshot 2)

He then said he liked all of the scripts, and he then says, like he told my Vice President Raf, that he would like "a rank" (screenshot 3)

He then says he would keep the cafe to himself, not for his own use, I tried to explain to him it's too late, because he already uploaded his copy of OUR cafe to his profile. (screenshot 4)

After I refused, he said I could also PAY him so he wouldn't leak OUR cafe. (screenshot 5)

I also refused paying him for what we have built, and what is not his property nor does he deserve any of the rights, he then said he would make the game uncopylocked. (screenshot 6)

He then said he will change the scripts, and claiming it as his. (screenshot 7) (and screenshot 8)

He then also said he can get "rich off of us" because of one of our best developers, Wizzy101 having made some of the scripts. (screenshot 9)

That was the conversation we had, the next day he leaked the cafe with all of our branding removed, and some of the scripts edited to remove our name from them.

It is absolutely disgraceful and I feel like total shit a single 12 year old can do this without any consequences.

I'm aware this may be partly our fault, allowing one of our COO's to even promote someone to our CDO rank, but this story deserves to be heard, we learn from mistakes like these.

But whats probably is even more disgraceful, is what one of his friends sent to me on Discord after the cafe was leaked, this was the conversation:

He added me pretending to be on "our" side, calling him a bitch and then asking for his skype (screenshot 10)

He then asked if he could help with our group, and after I asked him for his profile he hesitated, which already made it obvious for me he was friends with shawn. (screenshot 11)

He then told me he was CEO for Yumz, the group shawn works with that stole our cafe, and then he will "expose" me on youtube for allegedly leaking shawns skype. Bragging about the fact he has 600 subscribers. (screenshot 12)

He then said he would "bypass" our group and bot us (screenshot 13)

At this point there wasn't much said, I was sick of dealing with his immaturity that I blocked him, since both shawn and his friend were completely impossible to talk to normally.

This video probably won't change things, but I'm glad I can finally get this out of the way.

By the time this video is being released to the public, Hex has probably moved on far enough that we can be public about this story, because while I'm still writing the script for this video, things have happened too recently for me to go public about this.
