Do you actually look at the context of your game or does your bot just go haywire at the sight of one cuss?

My recent chat restriction has left me puzzled.

In Game 1, I tried my earnest to explain to my Vel'Koz how he could have won lane and what to do when Katarina shunpo'd onto him. He refused to listen and then said he was going to report me. I laughed at him, explaining I hadn't said anything bigoted or the likes. He continued to run nilly willy at the enemy, intentionally inting, and then he laughably said "why are you dying to her" and I responded

bot lane fiesta: retard

Now I know for a fact he intentionally provoked this out of me.

Similarly, In Game 2,

Rengar became convinced that I was the reason Ashe was insanely fed and started his witchhunt in chat on me. I spammed at him explaining that I'd died probably once or twice to Ashe and that she had 8 kills. Post-match review showed me that Rengar and Syndra individually had many more deaths to my laner. Rengar began an onslaught of trashing on me and wouldn't stop despite me explaining that I had not fed as hard as he was claiming.

I would love to know the process here, but as far as I can see your bot flagged me for the use of one word twice - and as far as vitriol in chat goes, a very minor case.
Do these people who intentionally provoke me to say it escape completely unscathed and I lose my entire ranked rewards?
Instead of these isolated logs, If you were to watch the game itself you would see what VelKoz did and the heated exchange me and Rengar had.
I'm fine with my chat restriction. What i'm not fine with is that people can get away with provoking someone in this manner and know they can get the last laugh.

What do you suggest in future? I go completely mute? because I don't understand how anyone is meant to maintain composure when they tell a person exactly what to do and they blatantly ignore and int? or when they repeatedly spam and disparagingly direct all blame at you? I don't think any human alive is capable of maintaining composure in these situations.
