  1. Name: Alive
  2. Gender: Male
  3. Race: Diamond Dog
  4. Class: Voodoo Doctor (Necromancer/Shaman)
  5. Talent: Blind (Unseeing Sight: passive; Alive has been unable to see since birth. His perception is greatly reduced, rolling at -3. He has adapted to having to react at moment's notice, however, so enemies roll to hit him at DC+2. If Alive has summoned a shadow, he can see through it's eyes in a blurry, gray scale vision. Doing so reduces the perception modifier to -1.)
  6. Hit/Wounds: 5/5
  7. Alignment: Lawful Neutral
  8.
  9. Skills:
  10. (Free Racial) Burrowing: Diamond dogs can dig tunnels and holes with ease, setting traps, moving unseen and fleeing in unexpected directions.
  11. (Racial) Sound Hound: Passive; Intelligent canines have to put up with so much. However there are some perks to being a diamond dog. While heightened hearing can be annoying at times (you know way more than a dog your age should) with a bit of concentration and focus, its a very nifty thing. You can listen on whispers and distant conversations with ease; your ungulate friends can’t keep a secret from you. Allies that know that you can do this can communicate with you in confidence escaping the notice of others (except other diamond dogs of course). Also when an enemy engages combat, for the first turn any attack targeting you hits on a DC+2 (DC+1 for stealth attacks and ambushes). You are also unaffected by light-level.
  12. (Free Multiclass) Friends on the Other Side: passive; can count shadows of characters as targets for commune and raise dead. Gives one pet mastery point.
  13. (Class) Raise Dead: spell, ranged; raises the freshly dead as a mindless undead minion. Undead have double the Hits they had in life, but no wounds. As long as they have more than one Hit remaining, any damage that would render them helpless instead leaves them at 1 hit. Once an Undead loses all hits, it crumbles to nothing. Crit fail summons a hostile undead. If no nearby corpses are available, the spell can still be cast with a crit fail range of 3-.
  14. (Class) Commune: spell; ask the dead for aid. The better you roll, the more helpful they are. Crit fail summons a hostile undead.
  15. (Class) Child of Gaia: passive; you gain a +1 bonus to rolls when fighting in natural environs (forests, natural caves, etc.)
