  1. Deedee Character Concept:
  2.
  3. Deedee would be a very similar character to Pokémon Trainer. A character that doesn’t actually fight themselves, but rather summons other characters in to do the dirty work while they cheer on in the background. The three FNaF characters Deedee would summon are Foxy from FNaF 1, Shadow Bonnie from FNaF 2, and Nightmare Fredbear from FNaF 4. Where with Pokémon Trainer the focus of the switching mechanic is to strategize which Pokémon is the best, Deedee would use the mechanic to have the element of surprise, forcing the opponent to be on their toes. This element of surprise and the emphasis on the unknown helps rep horror games, a genre that hasn’t been represented much in Smash. The three characters would three separate archetypes, rushdown (Foxy), zoner (Shadow Bonnie), and heavyweight (Nightmare Fredbear)

He only appears in 2D, either a still image in the office or a minigame sprite, his depiction would reflect this, having a 2D look very similar to Mr.Game and Watch. Based off his Minigame from FNaF 3 and his animations in FNaF World, he is a very glitchy and spastic character. His moveset would reflect this, with many attacks having him glitch and spas out in order to attack the opponent.
