Q:Tell me about yourself
A:first and foremost my name is Fahad alruwaili, i am 21 years old, i have decent experince in the orgnazation field.
i also understand how important it is to take full care of the customer and have a positive approach.
because afterall, if there is no customer there would be no job.
during the 2nd year of highschool i have dealt with the annual parents meet-up, then at the last year,
i was responsible for the gradutation ceremony, i looked after the crowd and made sure that everything was running smoothly. apart from highschool, i was one of the orgnaizers for a tedx talk in scotland, i was helping the crowd and made sure to be there for the team to motivate them, my role was to greet the visitors, welcome them and seat them based on their seat number, answer their questions, and help them if they needed guiadence.

Q:what are your strengths
A:i have many strengths when it comes to being an organizer. one thing that i believe makes me stand out from the others is:
that i easily get along with the vast majority of people, which ofcourse makes a good team player beause I have to deal with all kinds of people. i also try to always look for the positive in every situation which improves the way i work, therefore i develop myself and other people around me.

Q:what are your weaknesses
A:one weakeness is that i get slightly irritated when others dont carry their work to a high standard, because i set myself high standards, i expect others to have them too but unfortunatly this is not always the case. although it can irritate me at times, i have learnt to just focus on my own job, and be consistent at it.

Q:How did you find about us?
A:well i know about winterwonder land since i was a child. i visited the festival in london back in 2012. then during me browsing the web, i saw an ad saying that it was going to be hosted in riyadh this year and i was absolutely astonished. i checked the tweet and it was talking about applying for jobs in for winterwonderland and i had no choice but to apply for it.


Q:why choose us?
A:there are many reasons why, first its both the location and time are convienent for me, its close and the time suits me. the other reason is that i am trying to improve myself and there is no better way to improve yourself than doing it while having fun. and wonderland does both for me, i get to enjoy my time while improving myself which hits 2 birds with 1 stone.
