  1. **Did you experience a reduction in hours, wages, or an elimination of your job?**

  3. The Centurion Administration is offering a suspension of rent obligation or refund of rent paid for April 2020 for persons presently holding land on Sentinel Point that have lost work as a result of the economic situation created by the COVID-19 pandemic.

To qualify you must be willing to furnish an email, statement, or other document from your employer stating/proving your hours/wages would be reduced or your position eliminated as a result of COVID-19. This document may be redacted, including concealing your legal name, the name of your employer, contact information, and whatever else satisfies your preference and right to privacy. Wage/hour reductions or eliminations for reasons *other* than COVID-19 related circumstances *do not qualify.*

  7. If you *have not yet paid your parcel rent and wish to apply for relief*: Contact sonadors resident/Sonador#1990 and prepare whatever you wish to be submitted as proof.
  8. If you *have* paid your parcel rent and wish to be refunded: Contact sonadors resident/Sonador#1990 and prepare whatever you wish to be submitted as proof as well as the date on which you paid rent so the transaction can be located in our records.

  10. **Please note that if you qualify for this program but do not contact Centurion Administration and do not pay rent, your land may still be revoked as outlined in the Real Estate policy.**

  12. This outreach is *only* for gainfully employed or formerly gainfully employed victims suffering financial hardship as a result of the pandemic. This program will be considered for extension as the impact of the pandemic becomes evident, on a month-by-month basis, for as long as we can afford to.

  14. We wish all Centurion residents the best in these troubling and uncertain times, and are thankful we are in a position to provide relief where possible.
