```量子虚构世界SE.RA.PH如同现实一般，也存在著诅咒。
那就是恶性情报———自知性活动所生的负面资讯活动。
诸如恶意煽动、纯粹为了追求利益而反复说谎、核心空虚却仍然广为流传的谣言等，皆为只有负面的资讯。当其污染正面的真相时，将如同癌症（Cancer）一般，使整个社群都变为负面的存在。
在物质世界，流传的恶性情报只是一时性的东西。然而在以资讯为基础的SE.RA.PH，这些恶性情报被视为侵蚀领域的秽物。
自人类构筑出语言文明以来持续记录下来的恶性情报，皆被丢弃于月的里侧。虽然恶性情报起初不过是“用不上的资料”，但在蓄积了上千万、上亿万之后，终于变成了侵犯现实的污泥。
月之表侧记录着人类社会的正确历史。
背侧则记录着被舍弃的不祥犯罪史。
它们具有同等价值的灵子热量——又或者，远超过表侧的恶性情报也具有远超过表侧的灵子热量。
据说，过去也曾有饮尽这莫大能量并支配Moon Cell的AI，但在最终阶段放弃了目标，随即沉入了月的里侧。

The quantum fictional world SE.RA.PH, like reality, has curses.
 That is vicious intelligence-the negative information activity resulting from self-awareness.
 Such as malicious incitement, repeated lies for the sole purpose of pursuing interests, and rumors of core emptiness that are still widely circulated.  When it pollutes the positive truth, it will be like Cancer, making the entire community a negative existence.
 In the material world, the vicious information circulating is only temporary.  However, in the information-based SE.RA.PH, these vicious intelligences are regarded as filth in the field of erosion.
 The vicious intelligence that has been recorded since humans built the language civilization has been discarded from the back of the moon.  Although the malignant intelligence was only "inaccessible data" at first, after accumulating tens of millions and billions, it finally turned into sludge that violated reality.
 The surface of the moon records the correct history of human society.
 On the back is a history of discarded ominous crimes.
 They have the same value of spirit energy-or, more than the surface side of the vicious intelligence also has far more than the surface of the spirit child.
 It is said that in the past, there was an AI that drank this great energy and dominated Moon Cell. ```
