- Pichu has a frame 3 nair, which alone is better than some characters. His grab range, shield, and rolls are way better than Pikachu's! He can also wall jump, whereas Pikachu cannot. I believe he is one of the best low tiers, or one of the worst mid tiers. His extremely low weight is his #1 issue, but smart use of nair, grabs, and his other tools give him a lot of potential compared to what the community used to think.
