suggestions for Czardus

1. Make a rules channel, since people don't really know what they can and can't do.
2. Add (or set up) a bot that automatically dumps your video feed from Youtube to a channel. Tutorials are online
3. Add staff applications. Maybe that could bring more people to the server.
4. Just polish the server a bit, with the help of the staff of course.

These are just suggestions that can be ignored, but (hopefully) they will improve the server a bit! Just sayin'
